I'm a big fan I'm a big fan. It has a lot of layers and capabilities, and is very "visual" which I love. There are small things I'd like to tweak, but I could say that about any program. Their customer service is very good--fast and mostly efficient.

The system software it's self is practical, reliable and user friendly from both the back end as an administrator and the front end for guests. And, while the platform has been wonderful, it is the customer service that really keeps us on point! Our account manager, Bradlee, is always professional incredibly efficient with response time, and there has never been a hiccup Bradlee hasn't been able to get to the bottom of. We are so grateful for Res Key from software to customer care!

Any questions or concerns are promptly addressed and rectified. Support is always available and instructions are thoroughly detailed. Switching to this system was a huge change for us... we were an old fashioned pen and paper process... but this transition has been smooth with minimal stress. Features we love would be: The way reservations are displayed on the main availability page The ability to print daily multiple reports including housekeeping sheets The ability to monitor the activity within each reservation We would highly recommend this reservation system.
