An UPLIFTING EXPERIENCE! It was a truly interesting experience watching the Brandon/Brandon installation team installing the Bruno Stairlift in our home. The wit and charm of these two was also very UPLIFTING. They really seemed to enjoy their work. We are certainly amazed at the fit and finish of installed product. We would highly recommend this Company and Product for all in need of such a product.

Couldn't be happier from start to finish. Frank Felice and the installers Dave and Eric were great from start to finish. Frank took his time to answer all our questions regarding the stairlift and communicated with us throughout the process. Dave and Eric were professional, courteous and diligent on the installation. They took the time to ask our opinion during the process and explained very simply how to operate the stairlift upon completion. I have no quarrel with the machine… I have no quarrel with the machine itself. It seems well made and well designed - for a stairwell going from a first floor to a second floor. It is totally inappropriate for a basement stairwell however. Basement stairwells typically have heavy woodwork around the doorway, woodwork that gets in the way of the swivel mechanism. I have figured out how to cope with it but not until I creamed my arthritic knees more times than I care to count. If you are in an older house with substantial woodwork around your basement door, please consider another Bruno model (unless you have a short inseam in which case there will be no problem whatsoever). If you need a chair lift for something other than a basement stairwell, I think you will be quite happy with this Bruno model. Just watch out for the excessive woodwork of an old house!

Easy to operate The stairlift is easy for me to operate and it made it possible to stay in my home. The installers explained everything to me, answering all my questions. And a visitor to my home considered this mobility device “attractive”.
