GBI recently had the opportunity to use a… I recently had the opportunity to use a Bruno lift for the first time and I must say, I was extremely impressed with the product. Not only was it easy to use, but it provided me with a safe and reliable way to access higher levels without any assistance. One of the things that stood out to me the most was the excellent build quality of the Bruno lift. It felt sturdy and well-made, giving me confidence that it was a reliable piece of equipment. The design was also very sleek and modern, making it a great addition to any home or business. Another aspect that I loved about the Bruno lift was how easy it was to operate. The controls were simple and straightforward, making it accessible for individuals of all ages and abilities. I was able to control the lift with ease and felt safe and secure throughout the entire ride. But what truly impressed me the most was the level of accessibility and independence that the Bruno lift provided me with. As someone with mobility limitations, I often have to rely on others for assistance. However, with the Bruno lift, I was able to move around my home with ease and without any help. It truly gave me a sense of freedom and boosted my confidence. Lastly, I cannot forget to mention the exceptional customer service that Bruno provides. From the initial consultation to the installation process, their team was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. They took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I was comfortable using the lift before leaving. In conclusion, I highly recommend Bruno lifts to anyone in need of a reliable and high-quality mobility solution. Not only are their products top-notch, but their commitment to customer satisfaction is unparalleled. Thank you, Bruno, for making my life easier and more independent. I am a satisfied customer and will definitely be recommending your lifts to others.

GBI have no quarrel with the machine… I have no quarrel with the machine itself. It seems well made and well designed - for a stairwell going from a first floor to a second floor. It is totally inappropriate for a basement stairwell however. Basement stairwells typically have heavy woodwork around the doorway, woodwork that gets in the way of the swivel mechanism. I have figured out how to cope with it but not until I creamed my arthritic knees more times than I care to count. If you are in an older house with substantial woodwork around your basement door, please consider another Bruno model (unless you have a short inseam in which case there will be no problem whatsoever). If you need a chair lift for something other than a basement stairwell, I think you will be quite happy with this Bruno model. Just watch out for the excessive woodwork of an old house!

GBbruno keeps condo lower level accessible the bruno stairlift works well and is very helpful to me. the a-4 access salesperson, brian chambers, visited us and was knowledgeable. we waited over two weeks for installation, and a-4 did not call--keep the customer informed! finally a call came announcing a cancellation and install soon followed, expertly done by jay from a-4.

GBThe best decision I’ve made was the investment in my Bruno… The people working for Sheridan Medical Supplies were all so helpful and knowledgeable about all aspects of their product- the Bruno stairlift. My installer was an expert on getting me comfortable with my new stairlift . It has been a blessing to own this stairlift both physically and mentally. Veterans owning and operating in the USA makes it a complete package.

GBSatisfied Customer LifeWay Mobility (dealer/installer was very easy to work with. Installation was very carefully done to ensure the stairlift cleared the door jamb at the top of the cellar stairs. The track is also high enough off the cellar floor at the bottom to be above possible moisture. My only suggestion would for the seat more easily lock into transit position after having been swiveled for dismount. It's not a big issue - just a minor annoyance.
