Laina the owner personally answers the phone as much as possible and is passionate & SO knowledgeable about all Soul in Sole products. She genuinely cares about helping people & freely shares videos of exercises one can do at home to improve foot health! I highly recommend these products over others I’ve tried that make false claims. The “bubble” insoles easily fit into all types of shoes unlike orthotics that are greatly limiting given they are in two parts. Soul in Soles are removable so you can use in all of your shoes! service is great service is great. product very good. My experience showed the heel supports compress somewhat, but I pretty much expected that. My shoes still fit, the layering aspect of the product allows one to build a better fit, and they are so comfortable i forget i have them. Much less expensive than permanently altering all my shoes, I'm glad I gave Sole Insole a shot!
