Excellent service and products Excellent service and products. I use all 3 sizes of arch/metatarsal supports and the heel lifts in both sizes. They fit in almost all my shoes. I do wish the products would stick better. I would recommend taking the pads out regularly and washing them to make them sticky again so you don’t lose them. They are my go to in all my sandals. I wear custom orthotics in my athletic shoes. These have been a game changer for me!

Laina the owner personally answers the phone as much as possible and is passionate & SO knowledgeable about all Soul in Sole products. She genuinely cares about helping people & freely shares videos of exercises one can do at home to improve foot health! I highly recommend these products over others I’ve tried that make false claims. The “bubble” insoles easily fit into all types of shoes unlike orthotics that are greatly limiting given they are in two parts. Soul in Soles are removable so you can use in all of your shoes! Problem with import tax solved quickly I had a problem with the import tax - I live in Switzerland and had the product sent here. For some reason the shipping service declared a much higher price than I had paid, so I had to pay way too much for the import. I complained back to Soul Insole and they took care of the problem swiftly, so that the extra amount was refunded to my credit card.

More comfortable shoes with Sole Insole It seemed that my most recent purchase of insoles were not the same as previous ones. I posted a review and Soul Insole responded quickly. After repositioning them I found that they are just as comfortable as ever. Thank you Sole Insole, I will be buying more from you!

Might be good for some people not so good for me I bought two sets and received a third set 'free'. Possibly these MIGHT be good but I have put them in three of my most used pairs of shoes and in all cases they migrate inside the shoes as I walk - so sometimes in a good comfortable spot and then they move into a not so comfortable spot. I find them to be somewhat disappointing and I shall discontinue trying to use them. Much to my surprise I have received a refund from Soul Insole. I still rate the insoles as three stars BUT probably should rate the Soul Insole company at five stars.
