GBAll is well when it ends well Overall, we are happy with the outcome. It took over a year to go from order to installation due to supply chain issues. There was also some confusion and conflicting information regarding the kind of door and wall needed, and we ended up with a suboptimal solution that was probably not required. Once the elevator was installed, we had to have it serviced twice because it stopped working. The good news is that the company was responsive and managed to send a team within days to fix the sensors. It now seems to work fine, and we are hoping that it will continue to do so for years to come.

GBEverything was great , I recommend Arrow lift !!! Everything was great from our salesman David St.John to the installation and very happy with the product we purchased - My wife just had a knee replacement so this will come in handy along with my in-laws when they come in town !
