We Have More Independence Now I was able to visit a friend who used Arrow Lift and was impressed. I called to make an appointment and the representative came to our home the next day. He was not pushy and told us the options we had. We decided to go with them and are so happy we did. They came in a few days and installed our stair-lifts. The young man who installed them was very efficient and hard worker. We are happy with the stair-lifts and will be able to stay in our home much longer now that stairs are not a problem.

All is well when it ends well Overall, we are happy with the outcome. It took over a year to go from order to installation due to supply chain issues. There was also some confusion and conflicting information regarding the kind of door and wall needed, and we ended up with a suboptimal solution that was probably not required. Once the elevator was installed, we had to have it serviced twice because it stopped working. The good news is that the company was responsive and managed to send a team within days to fix the sensors. It now seems to work fine, and we are hoping that it will continue to do so for years to come.

Lift was fine and worked for the short… Lift was fine and worked for the short time we had it… however, buyer beware. The buy back offer is a bit misleading. We were told at the time we purchased this lift that we would get back a certain percentage back if we no longer needed the lift, even since it was a remanufactured unit. We had it for less than 14 months and were expecting at least 20% back. However, when it came time to have it uninstalled, we were told that “since it was a reconditioned lift the buy back was determined by the date the lift was built not when it was installed”. Also at that time, we were told that we wouldn’t be getting anything back because of the this manufactured date and that it was beyond the buy back timeframe. She said she would make an exception in our case and give us 10% back which calculated to $300.00. We’ve already received the $300 and appreciate how quickly you got this to us…this buy back program should be a litt clearer at the time of purchase.

Everything was great , I recommend Arrow lift !!! Everything was great from our salesman David St.John to the installation and very happy with the product we purchased - My wife just had a knee replacement so this will come in handy along with my in-laws when they come in town !
