WE WILL BE BACK! The website was very simple to navigate through. We wish they had information videos for all the scooters they offered. It was helpful to watch the videos on the scooter products. We used the financing option they offered and it was pretty decent. We had a pretty stress free whole experience with buying our first scooter. Thank you SpinLife. We will be back!

Ridiculously slow shipping Congratulations, you can boast the slowest shipping times on planet earth. Paid for item and it took more than 8 days before it shipped, in the meantime my brother in law is still using his old, rickety wheelchair with a broken handle. I spoke with a representative there who ended up being no help at all. I will most likely buy from one of your competitors next time I need something. Thanks

Unexpected shipping delays I ordered a custom-made lift chair for my husband at at the beginning of February. I understand since it was customized, it would take longer, but the delays have become ridiculous. Chair was ordered Feb 9 with shipping date of April 9. When April 11 rolls around they email me a new shipping date of April 25. Not surprised it is now April 29 and I checked the site to see the new shipping date is May 10. I call and complain and shortly after I get a text that the chair shipped. Not sure I trust that information. Had I known that they would keep changing the shipping date with no explanation I would have gone with another company.
