I was hit with a £42 courier fee (I couldnt arrange my own return), and a 10% re-stocking fee which is illegal in the UK under Distance Selling Regulations. I felt quite ripped off, as these are not clear terms on their website. Out of the £100+ spent, I was offered about £45 by their system.

I immediately contacted the seller to exchange them but no return. I tried to contact them by phone but the message says to contact them by email and hangs up... I contacted them at least 5 times and still no response. I’m stuck with a worthless pair of shoes..

If they fall apart after 30 days - bad luck ! “Easy returns” = you have to send them back to the US at your own cost and they then charge you 10% for admin costs Can’t believe I fell for the advertising….
