CAWorst customer service I have ever… Worst customer service I have ever dealt with.... I ordered a pair of shoes a month ago. When I received them, the size of the shoes did not match my order. I immediately contacted the seller to exchange them but no return. I tried to contact them by phone but the message says to contact them by email and hangs up... I contacted them at least 5 times and still no response. I’m stuck with a worthless pair of shoes..

USPoor construction and worst customer service Well, I have bought three pairs of shoes from them. Two were good, one had the sole come off after the second time worn. I tried to get them to replace it ... they refused. Says "it's past their 60 day" period. I can buy from Johnston & Murphy, and return shoes up to a year without question. I won't buy from them again.

GBDreadful. Avoid like the plague! Dreadful. All the advertising and promises of “no-stress” trials of their shoes are worthless. Their return centre is in the US and not only do you have to pay over £30 to return a pair that you don’t like or don’t fit, but they also charge you a further 10% fee to return them.

GB“30 day guarantee” is actually that… “30 day guarantee” is actually that…. If they fall apart after 30 days - bad luck ! “Easy returns” = you have to send them back to the US at your own cost and they then charge you 10% for admin costs Can’t believe I fell for the advertising…. Wish I’d read the reviews first 😡😡😡

USGatsby is a total scam Gatsby is a total scam. The shoes themselves come directly from china 2-3 weeks to the U.S. Then I was sent the wrong size. I emailed support and did give me three options all penalizing me: 1) return it to them however I would have to be responsible for the return shipping. 2) Keep the shoes and they will refund me only 30% of total cost. 3) Get lost and deal with the wrong size shoes. Zero initiative on accepting any liabilities or faults for sending the wrong size shoes.
