I've deleted my previous review after… I've deleted my previous review after contact with WmShoe by email. I wanted to cancel my order, but have now decided to go ahead with it. Once I receive my order, I can either give a positive, or negative review. I'm giving WmShoe the benefit of the doubt until I see how my order transpires. Watch this space.

Agree with other comments Agree with other comments. Ordered trainers received in grey plastic bag no invoice or return label. Wished to return as too big (correct UK size ordered). Responded to my email informing me they do not do return label and I would have to arrange return by contacting the supplier in China. Return would cost approximately £40 . Shoes cost £30 and to be honest not worth even £3. AVOID

Agree with majority of reviews Agree with majority of reviews. Total con. Lesson learned, never buying on a whim again. Wished I had checked the reviews. Have recently had trouble with my feet and liked the look of the arch support and 'expert' recommendations. Diagram is nothing like the shoes I recieved which are cheap and uncomfortable. In fact would make my feet worse if I were to wear them. Been offered the standard £6 refund(which I will probably take) as too much hassle to send back. Straight to charity shop. Buyers beware - this is a rip off.

Please do not trust this company Please do not trust this company. We received a pair of shoes in faulty condition and another pair the wrong size. These days amazon companies will refund you no questions asked. This company were difficult and made getting a refund way to complicated and I believe totally unfair. I have wasted my money and time with these people. I would recommend you steer well clear of them and do not believe their advertisement of these poor quality products.

I would never recommend buying from… I would never recommend buying from this company. The soles of the sandals I bought snapped within two months of wear revealing cheap, hollow, 'foam/polystyrene' material that is not fit for the purpose. The sandals were delivered in a clear plastic bag with nothing else with them. The UK address for this company was student accommodation in Coventry last time I checked. Many emails were exchanged over many months with their 'Support' before a small, partial refund was agreed (best of a bad job and better than nothing). They do not issue a full refund otherwise "they would lose money" despite supplying what could be deemed to be faulty goods. The sandals went in the bin as they are of no use to anyone.
