GBIndeed as said don't buy off this… Indeed as said don't buy off this company, shoddy shoes, I couldn't even do the sandals up as the strap was so short. They fob you off with all sort of stuff to get out of giving you a refund even though their website clearly states 30 day return guarantee. I have today returned mine to China and also reported them to trading standards. I am not living in hope.....

GBAgree with other comments Agree with other comments. Ordered trainers received in grey plastic bag no invoice or return label. Wished to return as too big (correct UK size ordered). Responded to my email informing me they do not do return label and I would have to arrange return by contacting the supplier in China. Return would cost approximately £40 . Shoes cost £30 and to be honest not worth even £3. AVOID

GBGood Purchase! My husband wanted to try these after seeing multiple postings. He was not disappointed. He loves the way they fit and says they are like walking on air. He is considering buying another pair in a different color. We will see after our vacation, which includes plenty of walking, if he still feels good about them.

GBWhatever you do don’t think about… Whatever you do don’t think about buying anything from this “China based” company. If only I had read their reviews first I ordered 2 “cashmere jumpers” Total cost £60. 3 weeks later 2 of the worst quality 95%cotton 5% acrylic shoddy jumpers came. On opening 1 I immediate knew they were very cheap copies. 6 communications between myself & the “customer care” team assured me I was never getting a refund. They offered £6 refund or I could pay them £30-£40 to ship them back to China. Then my refund could be as much as £12 in about 3 months time! Threatening them with the small claims court had no effect at all So please please save your money for something from a reputable UK Company

GBPlease heed the poor reviews- I wish I checked!! I stupidly ordered a bra off this website but after a while of nothing I've checked reviews and obviously dodgy! This just goes to show that we shouldn't order on a whim as it may end up as receiving a useless item after ages or nothing at all!! I warn you all not to bother...I wish I hadn't!! Can't get answers and thinking using PayPal they were trusted.
