AVOID AVOID - this is a lesson learned for me. Ordered two pairs on impulse based on the misleading advert regarding raised arch and orthopaedic benefits. If I’d realised at time of order they were being sent direct from China I wouldn’t have ordered. After three weeks hopeful waiting (must admit their tracker does work well) I have today received two pairs of the cheapest plastic trainers I’ve ever seen. Not comfortable, nor breathable and certainly not designed to last. Not worth the predictable hassle of returning- one of life’s lessons, I will stick with Skechers in future!

Bad shoe purchase Shoe that I purchased are falling apart. Have learned that the shoes I purchased can be bought through Temu for half the price.

Please heed the poor reviews- I wish I checked!! I stupidly ordered a bra off this website but after a while of nothing I've checked reviews and obviously dodgy! This just goes to show that we shouldn't order on a whim as it may end up as receiving a useless item after ages or nothing at all!! I warn you all not to bother...I wish I hadn't!! Can't get answers and thinking using PayPal they were trusted.

You do not get what you've paid for! I can only echo what others have written. When the item arrived it was nothing like the one shown in the picture on the website! Very thin, poor quality. Refund of £6 offered - really?! A replacement was sent, but still totally unacceptable, the same inferior quality. Emails exchanged, but to no avail. I could go on ...! The bottom line is - DO NOT trust this China-based company

Indeed as said don't buy off this… Indeed as said don't buy off this company, shoddy shoes, I couldn't even do the sandals up as the strap was so short. They fob you off with all sort of stuff to get out of giving you a refund even though their website clearly states 30 day return guarantee. I have today returned mine to China and also reported them to trading standards. I am not living in hope.....
