Bad shoe purchase Shoe that I purchased are falling apart. Have learned that the shoes I purchased can be bought through Temu for half the price.

Do not buy from these people! I did not realise at the time that the company is not a UK company. Furious with myself for not checking. I suffer badly from plantar fasciitus and these looked perfect for me. Absolutely awful, badly made, unfinished stitching. I wouldn't have paid £1 for them in a sale. No returns information in the grey plastic bag. Then when you find their returns 'procedure' it is almost impossible and costly. Never buy from these people total rubbish footwear.

I’ve been had over… Rubbish It would appear that like MANY others I was sucked into a not too obvious scam… Yes I received a ‘pair of shoes’!!! Wrong size, Very strong smell of glue, Poor Quality. When I complained I was told to send the shoes back to a non existent address at a cost of between $30-40. Then I was told to keep the rubbish, I was promised a partial refund… nothing materialised. Buy ‘Anything’ from this website at Your Peril…

Agree with other comments Agree with other comments. Ordered trainers received in grey plastic bag no invoice or return label. Wished to return as too big (correct UK size ordered). Responded to my email informing me they do not do return label and I would have to arrange return by contacting the supplier in China. Return would cost approximately £40 . Shoes cost £30 and to be honest not worth even £3. AVOID

Avoid! now selling bras which are rubbish now selling bras which are rubbish, take an age to come, only arriving after complaint to paypal. this is not a westmidlands company. The messages i received were from China and poorly translated. As I purchased using paypal i foolishly assumed they would be a genuine provider.
