The staff at Silverado North Shore is… The staff at Silverado North Shore is outstanding! The facility is lovely, but the people who work at Silverado are what make it a wonderful, caring community. Not only did every staff member know my dad, but they knew our families and the friends who would frequently visit. They prioritized his physical health, but also created a joyful environment and got to know the person who was in their care. We were so happy with our experience at Silverado!

My father is there now - smiling & well cared My father is there now. He unfortunately barely knows who I am, but when I am there he is smiling, well groomed and well cared for. I visit many times week, always unannounced- and the care he is receiving and all the other residents there are wonderful. Yesterday they were playing music, the staff & the residents who are able to dance were dancing. Those in wheel chairs they took their hands and made them part of festivities. My dad is my hero, and I am so glad he is getting the care he deserves.

I came to Beverly Place with a friend… I came to Beverly Place with a friend whose mother was placed there recently and it felt just like home! You assume awful things about places like this, but the warmth you feel as soon as you walk in those doors completely changed my mind! Seeing happy dogs running around & the sweetest employees caring for these residents made this such a positive experience. I would absolutely tell others about this beautiful place.

Silverado Beach Cities Silverado Beach Cities has great staff who are very compassionate and thorough with the care of their residents. They are very receptive to what works best for our loved one and open to try different things. The facility is clean and they have taken great care in making sure the rooms and local gathering areas are warm and inviting. It has brought me and my family peace of mind knowing that their level of care is one of the best in the South Bay!
