GBI have tried every dog food known I have tried every dog food known, including nom-nom, farmers dog and ollies and she wouldn't eat any of it. When I found Spot & Tango on the internet, I figured what have I got to lose besides a few bucks. They have made a believer out of me. Our little Sassy loves it and eats it all every day and gets excited when she sees me fixing it.

GBCustomer service is speedy to message… Customer service is speedy to message back. I was able to cancel the beginner subscription instantly to make sure tucker would like it. (He loved it) and was able to sign back up right away. Portioning is easy tucker loves it spot and tango is a good kibble substitute I still do feed a little kibble along with but he definitely loves the unkibble more

GBHorrible food and worse customer service I tried their food for my Pembroke Welsh, corgi who will literally eat anything. He gave it one smell and looked at me like I was trying to kill him. I left it in his bowl for a week and a half, and he literally would not touch it. At that time I received a survey and in the survey, I mentioned that he would not eat the food and I would like my account canceled. Then forgot about it. This morning I woke up to a charge of almost $200 saying that the order will be shipped soon, but has not been shipped. I immediately contacted customer service To cancel the account and stop the order from shipping They told me they will not do that but I can donate the food to a shelter and eat the $200 cost

GBAbsolute TOP NOTCH customer service… Absolute TOP NOTCH customer service from Xaviel via text. After receiving my trial order confirmation I realized I may have missed one of the ingredients that my dog absolutely cannot have (cranberries). The care and time that was taken to resolve my order was phenomenal. I'm even a bit emotional over it. Great customer service is a rarity and I can say Spot & Tango, you have a great employee in Xaviel!
