After receiving my trial order confirmation I realized I may have missed one of the ingredients that my dog absolutely cannot have (cranberries). The care and time that was taken to resolve my order was phenomenal. I'm even a bit emotional over it. Great customer service is a rarity and I can say Spot & Tango, you have a great employee in Xaviel!

GBHorrible food and worse customer service I tried their food for my Pembroke Welsh, corgi who will literally eat anything. He gave it one smell and looked at me like I was trying to kill him. I left it in his bowl for a week and a half, and he literally would not touch it. At that time I received a survey and in the survey, I mentioned that he would not eat the food and I would like my account canceled. Then forgot about it. This morning I woke up to a charge of almost $200 saying that the order will be shipped soon, but has not been shipped. I immediately contacted customer service To cancel the account and stop the order from shipping They told me they will not do that but I can donate the food to a shelter and eat the $200 cost

GBReceived the Chicken recipe Received the Chicken recipe. It was so wet it was more like gravy than solid food. My Shepard would only lick it from his bowl, even when mixed with kibble. Needs serious manufacturing quality control.

GBMy dog's digestive issues went away… My dog's digestive issues went away almost immediately. He's a picky eater and loves this food.

GB14 yr old dog really likes this kibble My dog Charlie, 14 yrs old, really likes this kibble. He's cleaning his dish every meal. This is a major improvement! Before, I had to coax, beg and encourage him to eat his meals. Now meals are eaten and he seems very happy.
