Love my Chique I operate two med spa locations and I needed someone to help with front desk duties and decided to go virtual. We hired Chique through I-Employee and we couldn't be happier. She's very thorough and a self-starter. Things get done very efficiently and I'm finally able to breathe. I went through about 4-5 girls here in the States for the role, and it was a disaster. They don't want to work and they don't listen. Turnover rate has been a disaster for me as well. Now I pay less than half the cost of one of my US girls and get a ton more value out of her. I'm happy.

The preventative care to catch things before they muster is super important...I actually didn't realize how important before I went through the process. Reporting daily, I get screenshots of the VA's workday sent to my inbox along with what they worked on for that day. The full transparency and accountability has been huge. I know my investment into a part time VA is being utilized daily, no surprises. Couple months in, so far so good.
