Phonak Hearing Aids So far, so good. Am reluctant to write a "final" review until I've experienced the hearing aids - and service - for one year. However, to date, all is going well.

Don’t go anywhere but here! Amazing! You need to get your hearing aids from Direct Hearing. The follow through service is excellent and I saved $2000 by going through this company. I was worried about not being able to go into an office for the initial adjustment but Will did it remotely. It was easy, so helpful and just as good (if not better) than going through an audiology office. I can’t recommend them ( and Will) enough! I’d do 10 stars if I could!

The followup on fine tuning the devices was online and provided crystal clear hearing. William Russell took the time to resolve my hearing requirements. AMAZING Customer service!!!!!!!!!!!!!! AMAZING Customer service. I was very skeptical at first since I had always dealt with local hearing aid companies. I had ordered and was using the Signia C&G 7IX from one of those local companies. I paid $4200 for the pair. I only had them for two weeks and saw the Direct Hearing website offering them for over $1000 less!. I immediately returned the pair I had just bought and was told that Direct Hearing prices weren't true, and that I would have to pay for every adjustment, and that they were probably a bogus company. NOT TRUE!!!! I ordered them and got them within a week. Direct Hearing immediately responded to my text messages, set up a remote consult, and adjustments. Will Russell was FABULOUS! I was a bit nervous about a remote adjustment, but it went SO SMOOTHLY I will forever use Direct Hearing!

Top Notch Interactions Three different folks at Direct Hearing impress me. Each was gracious & competent. Trey, the rep who took my initial call was informative & followed up with helpful texts as I got my funding in place. The woman who confirmed my hearing test was friendly & helpful in noting my questions. Ryan was exceptional as he had a video call with me to test/program the devices. Thank you Direct Hearing!
