Excellent service Will, the Direct Hearing audiologist was great. Knew what he was doing and ran the entire hearing aid review and update process very professionally. Made the whole process easy. Best decision i have made was to buy from Direct Hearing even though I had some reservations being in Australia. Everything from purchase to adjustment has been great. They do exactly what they say.

I love my new hearing aids I love my new hearing aids! They're far better than any others I've ever had. The only problem I had was that when they were set up (on zoom) to connect with my phone, somehow all my phone contacts were erased, and it's been difficult to retrieve them. Otherwise, it's been good. Thank you

Amazingly fast and very competent service Very fast response to questions, as well as very fast shipping. They shipped my hearing aids out 2 days after I ordered them. They quickly followed up with a video call to "fine tune" them. Compared to working with an audiologist office (which I did last time) it was a nearly miraculous short time from ordering to having my hearing aids perfectly adjusted.
