GBGreat service all around. I chatted with customer service before ordering. They were very helpful. My glasses arrived quickly and I really liked them. The lenses got scratched within the first 2 weeks. I called customer service, sent them a photo of lenses and in a few minutes, I was told they would send me another pair. Got them yesterday. I am very pleased with Zenni.
