The lenses got scratched within the first 2 weeks. I called customer service, sent them a photo of lenses and in a few minutes, I was told they would send me another pair. Got them yesterday. I am very pleased with Zenni.

GBGenuinely wonderful company Genuinely wonderful company. This is the only place I get my glasses and sunglasses from now. The photos are accurate, the shipping is quick, packaging secure, and the products are excellent quality for the price. I’ve never had any issue with them at all. GBMy wife has problem to view My wife has problem to see. After wearing she view all oval shape. Anyway, she is not wearing anymore. Your office kind enough to offered store credit but we have no time or lazy to go through those returning process. Anyway, Thank you for your good customer service.
