The lenses got scratched within the first 2 weeks. I called customer service, sent them a photo of lenses and in a few minutes, I was told they would send me another pair. Got them yesterday. They make ordering the frames and lenses easy to understand with all the measurements and stuff. At my last eye exam, however, the optometrist told me getting lenses online isn’t usually accurate to your prescription and he tested my previous pair I got here and said the prescription was a little off from what I ordered/needed
