GBGreat service all around. I chatted with customer service before ordering. They were very helpful. My glasses arrived quickly and I really liked them. The lenses got scratched within the first 2 weeks. I called customer service, sent them a photo of lenses and in a few minutes, I was told they would send me another pair. Got them yesterday. I am very pleased with Zenni.

At my last eye exam, however, the optometrist told me getting lenses online isn’t usually accurate to your prescription and he tested my previous pair I got here and said the prescription was a little off from what I ordered/needed
