Best customer service! I ordered two pairs of glasses and they arrived in less than 3 business days. When I tried them on, one of the frames was too large for my face. When I called customer service to ask about exchanging them, they sent me out another pair of my choice and told me to keep the ones that were too big. The new pair shipped the next morning.
