Best customer service! I ordered two pairs of glasses and they arrived in less than 3 business days. When I tried them on, one of the frames was too large for my face. When I called customer service to ask about exchanging them, they sent me out another pair of my choice and told me to keep the ones that were too big. The new pair shipped the next morning. Amazing Quality & Service I received my order incredibly quick! Super impressed with that. I had ordered three pairs, upon opening everything prescription was perfect- but there was a mix-up with one of the frame colors. I reached out and they looked into it, they were happy to fix my mistake. And they immediately placed the order for the correct frame color.
