Reuse my old frames (Yes) The price was good and it was nice to reuse my old frames that were in good condition and not have to buy new frames. They explained all the lens options and tints and coatings well. I am happy with my glasses.

The communication and care they gave me is better than most companies. I love my glasses. I had surgery on my eyes and this is the reason for multiple glasses, I received my last pair on 1-9-2024

Oh my goodness! THE BEST! Oh my goodness! I cannot tell you how happy I am with my glasses! I am used to spending over $700. This time I ordered my own frames and brought to my eye drs. Was told they couldn’t work with my frames after they had them for two weeks. They also needed to wait for my payment to clear though I have been a patient and had insurance for more than10 years! Lens Factory took my frames and prescription with several requirements and prep and returned them perfectly! I tested each thing worried one thing wasn’t going to be correct! The last was transition lens and my gosh went outside perfect and I bought the lower cost house brand transition! Go for it this place is amazing! Less than $250.00 frames and all!!

Very disappointed with the glass first… Very disappointed with the glass first off it is way too heavy compared to my other glasses that I got from LensCrafters. Also, the process took way too long for the minuscule amount I saved.
