Thoroughly impressed! I took a chance and was able to keep my rimless frame and update the prescription lenses, saving me hundreds of dollars! The lenses are lightweight, the optics with anti glare coating is fantastic, and they honored my request to keep the edges unpolished. I am thoroughly impressed with the turn around time, the quality, and the cost! I will be a repeat customer.

Oh my goodness! THE BEST! Oh my goodness! I cannot tell you how happy I am with my glasses! I am used to spending over $700. This time I ordered my own frames and brought to my eye drs. Was told they couldn’t work with my frames after they had them for two weeks. They also needed to wait for my payment to clear though I have been a patient and had insurance for more than10 years! Lens Factory took my frames and prescription with several requirements and prep and returned them perfectly! I tested each thing worried one thing wasn’t going to be correct! The last was transition lens and my gosh went outside perfect and I bought the lower cost house brand transition! Go for it this place is amazing! Less than $250.00 frames and all!!

Premium Progressives are the BEST! The lead-time is a bit long but it's worth the wait. Love the tinted premium progressives. I can't stand regular progressive lenses but most of the time I don't even notice I am wearing them.

New glass lenses in my old frame. Wanted glass lenses for the durability. No eyeglass supplier in the Kansas City area could supply glass lenses. Lensfactory customer service rep answered all of my questions about the process of sending my frames with the old lenses in place. Fit and finish of new lenses in my old frame exceeded my expectations.
