YesHearing Bravo! I am so grateful for these hearing aids. They make a world of difference for me. Having the audiologist come to my home and program the hearing aids was great. Once I put them on in the morning, I leave them on all day until I go to bed. I can't feel them, it feels like having new ears. I no longer have to ask people to repeat themselves. I can hear everything even in crowded situations. I didn’t realize I was not participating in events and meetings because I couldn’t hear. I also read that people that don’t address their hearing problems are more prone to dementia and Alzheimer’s disease. At 77 years old I want to do everything I can to stay healthy. I can resume my ceramic studio work as I can now join in the conversations of my fellow potters. I also like being able to recharge them in the pod that comes with them and I can change volume and situations right on my iPhone. Leyla & Shawn went Above & Beyond! Leyla and Shawn went above and beyond to help us get hearing aids for my Dad. Being in a rural area made things more challenging, but Leyla and Shawn took care of us and followed through to fitting completion. Yes Hearing is fortunate to have them both!

Can't believe I'm actually wearing my… Can't believe I'm actually wearing my new Hearing Aids. Very pleased with your whole organization from sales team to technicians. I'm actually wearing my hearing aids when I'm playing my guitar or mandolins. My technician Suzi knew just how to set up the curve. You guys rock Sincerely Deano

New but not working I received my new hearing aids then went through the two sessions to install the app on my phone then do the hearing test and when it was over there was no noticeable audio from the hearing aids. They said they would look into why they did not work and get back to me. That was Friday and it is now Tuesday night and nothing. I'm not impressed with support and will request a refund if nothing happens soon.
