Exceptional Customer Service The customer service. I don't often give glowing reviews for anything, but from late July, to today in late November, both Stephen in sales and Leyla in customer service have not only been very friendly and courteous while answering any and all of my questions, but also have gone above and beyond to do whatever they can to help me and make sure I'm happy. Thanks to both of you, my experience has been great. I feel more like I'm dealing with friends than just a company.

The employees and product My experience with Connect Hearing was excellent. Mark and Brandi at your location in New Smyrna are the best example of dedicated employees for your company. YesHearing Bravo! I am so grateful for these hearing aids. They make a world of difference for me. Having the audiologist come to my home and program the hearing aids was great. Once I put them on in the morning, I leave them on all day until I go to bed. I can't feel them, it feels like having new ears. I no longer have to ask people to repeat themselves. I can hear everything even in crowded situations. I didn’t realize I was not participating in events and meetings because I couldn’t hear. I also read that people that don’t address their hearing problems are more prone to dementia and Alzheimer’s disease. At 77 years old I want to do everything I can to stay healthy. I can resume my ceramic studio work as I can now join in the conversations of my fellow potters. I also like being able to recharge them in the pod that comes with them and I can change volume and situations right on my iPhone.
