GBNew but not working I received my new hearing aids then went through the two sessions to install the app on my phone then do the hearing test and when it was over there was no noticeable audio from the hearing aids. They said they would look into why they did not work and get back to me. That was Friday and it is now Tuesday night and nothing. I'm not impressed with support and will request a refund if nothing happens soon.

GBMy Experience with Yes Hearing was… My Experience with Yes Hearing was stellar. Leyla in particular made everything from scheduling, testing, fitting and tuning a breeze. She has even checked in several times after everything was complete to make sure all was well. I highly recommend YesHearing to any and all looking to hear the world in its entirety once again. 5 stars!!!

GBRoses Hearing.com Costumer care Knocks it out of the park! Went to Roses Hearing.com on 78 Faunce Corner Rd in North Dartmouth, MA. I saw Brad Hilston and John Zoumboulis. I was lready identified with a hearing loss and gave them the paperwork. They were: kind, patient; informative and well versed on their products. Rarely do I write a rave review but these gentleman are outstanding. Lathan from Yes Hearing, who connected me to Roses hearing was so reassuring and knowledgeable. It was also great to be able to budget the cost over two years thanks to CreditCare. Great job Yes.Hearing and Roses!

GBSay Yes, if you need hearing aids! I have my Phonak hearing aids for just short of 1 year. They were fitted in my home by an Audiologist with Yes Hearing. It was the most professional fitting I have had and this is my 6th pair of hearing aids. From the first call to the second follow-up visit, everything was professional. The hearing aids have worked flawlessly since the day they were delivered. I would use them again and I recommend them regularly to others.

GBWow, I bought Yes Hearing Oticon hearing… I bought Yes Hearing Oticon hearing aids directly from Yes. I did not have a local audiologist. Yes arranged for me to have a phone interview with their inhouse audiologist, Dr. Victoria. They sent me blue tooth wifi enabled hearing aids in advance. Using those, Dr. Victoria was able create a complete profile of my hearing loss and then adjust the hearing aids remotely. The result is outstanding. I had previously spent $7,000 on hearing aids using a local audiologist and an ENT doctor. The result with Dr. Victoria and Yes Hearing was vastly superior. Oh and Yes Hearing aids were very significanly less expensive. All I paid for was the hearing aids; no doctor and no cost for the audiologist.
