Say Yes, if you need hearing aids! I have my Phonak hearing aids for just short of 1 year. They were fitted in my home by an Audiologist with Yes Hearing. It was the most professional fitting I have had and this is my 6th pair of hearing aids. From the first call to the second follow-up visit, everything was professional. The hearing aids have worked flawlessly since the day they were delivered. I would use them again and I recommend them regularly to others.

Hard to get refund for cancelled purchase I canceled my purchase prior to receiving any products or services. A charge of $4950.00 was placed against my credit card at the beginning of my activity with Yes Hearing, and I have been struggling to get this charge removed. I contacted my credit card issuer and filed a formal dispute. Buyer beware!!

YesHearing Bravo! I am so grateful for these hearing aids. They make a world of difference for me. Having the audiologist come to my home and program the hearing aids was great. Once I put them on in the morning, I leave them on all day until I go to bed. I can't feel them, it feels like having new ears. I no longer have to ask people to repeat themselves. I can hear everything even in crowded situations. I didn’t realize I was not participating in events and meetings because I couldn’t hear. I also read that people that don’t address their hearing problems are more prone to dementia and Alzheimer’s disease. At 77 years old I want to do everything I can to stay healthy. I can resume my ceramic studio work as I can now join in the conversations of my fellow potters. I also like being able to recharge them in the pod that comes with them and I can change volume and situations right on my iPhone. Leyla & Shawn went Above & Beyond! Leyla and Shawn went above and beyond to help us get hearing aids for my Dad. Being in a rural area made things more challenging, but Leyla and Shawn took care of us and followed through to fitting completion. Yes Hearing is fortunate to have them both!
