Ublins sent me a replacement pair of glasses when the pair I'd received developed a small imperfection months after the purcase, no questions asked. They responded immediately and helped me correct errors I'd made on and order, and they are just a great company!

GBI LOVE my glasses I LOVE my glasses. I’ve been looking for something different & boy did I find it. Ordering was simple. They arrived in about a month. I purchased two prescription glasses for less than one pair in the US. I had a problem with one pair and contacted customer service . They were prompt and assisted me with a new pair for a small fee (I waited over 30 days to contact them). I will definitely be buying more glasses from Ublins.

GBGood not great My experience was good but not great. Some of the frames that I selected were a bit different in person. I did try them on before hand. They looked different. It was off.
