GBVery good customer service. I received the glasses and the prescription wasn't correct. However, I started to email them and they began to answer with an a day or 2. We emailed each day about what needed to be done. So now I'm waiting on a new pair glasses with my prescription. So I only gave it a 4 because I haven't received my the period but they should be in the mail song. It was great just to email them evetoday. They got back to you immediately. I will use this company again

Ublins sent me a replacement pair of glasses when the pair I'd received developed a small imperfection months after the purcase, no questions asked.
