GBI LOVE my glasses I LOVE my glasses. I’ve been looking for something different & boy did I find it. Ordering was simple. They arrived in about a month. I purchased two prescription glasses for less than one pair in the US. I had a problem with one pair and contacted customer service . They were prompt and assisted me with a new pair for a small fee (I waited over 30 days to contact them). I will definitely be buying more glasses from Ublins.

GBOK I thought it was going to be a scam OK I thought it was going to be a scam. I did not receive my order and like a month had gone by. I contacted Ublin via email to explain the problem. I'll admit I was upset in my email. They gave me the best customer service Long story short they apologized that I did not get my order and remade my glasses and sent them to me. All the while they were checking on me to make sure I was good. I received my glasses (the second ones). and I LOVE them. the quality is great, the prescription is great. The Customer service IS GREAT. and customer service is a big thing to me. Oh yeah, i'm getting more glasses. This is my ultimate go to for glasses. Never did get my 1st order!!

GBNot happy with the quality of the… Not happy with the quality of the frames. I do understand that they are inexpensive but, I have ordered from similar popular frame sites and the quality was far superior.

GBGood not great My experience was good but not great. Some of the frames that I selected were a bit different in person. I did try them on before hand. They looked different. It was off.
