OK I thought it was going to be a scam OK I thought it was going to be a scam. I did not receive my order and like a month had gone by. I contacted Ublin via email to explain the problem. I'll admit I was upset in my email. They gave me the best customer service Long story short they apologized that I did not get my order and remade my glasses and sent them to me. All the while they were checking on me to make sure I was good. I received my glasses (the second ones). and I LOVE them. the quality is great, the prescription is great. The Customer service IS GREAT. and customer service is a big thing to me. Oh yeah, i'm getting more glasses. This is my ultimate go to for glasses. Never did get my 1st order!!

Just the Best! While I love the selection of great styles and well made glasses, the customer service is outstanding. Ublins sent me a replacement pair of glasses when the pair I'd received developed a small imperfection months after the purcase, no questions asked. They responded immediately and helped me correct errors I'd made on and order, and they are just a great company!

Not happy with the quality of the… Not happy with the quality of the frames. I do understand that they are inexpensive but, I have ordered from similar popular frame sites and the quality was far superior.

Fantastic & affordable with great customer service Ublins has a fantastic range of glasses, from simple to downright bonkers, at incredibly affordable prices. My most recent order of 7 very cute prescription pairs came up to the exact same total as 2 designer (ie least boring) pairs would at Specsavers UK. The customer support team was very quick when the order was initially lost in the post and very quickly replaced it at no additional charge. All of the glasses fit me well and add a touch of magic to my looks, which is always a nice bonus on top of being able to see clearly. Having shopped with Ublins several times now, I can hand on heart say that this experience holds true every time and I know that I will shop with them again.

Very good customer service. I received the glasses and the prescription wasn't correct. However, I started to email them and they began to answer with an a day or 2. We emailed each day about what needed to be done. So now I'm waiting on a new pair glasses with my prescription. So I only gave it a 4 because I haven't received my the period but they should be in the mail song. It was great just to email them evetoday. They got back to you immediately. I will use this company again
