5 Stars for sure I accidentally placed two orders and paid for shipping twice and hadn’t noticed. The company reached out to me to let me know and refund me the other shipping charge without me even having to ask. I received my contacts super quickly and then they checked in to make sure everything was received correctly. I’ve been buying from them for some time now and will continue to!

Slow customer service, but issue resolved Received faulty lenses that were two different colours. Edit to update - customer service did get back to me in the end and offered a refund and free of charge replacement as an apology. Issue has been resolved.

Not received but is being investigate Haven’t received my order has been stuck at the sorting hub since 24th March. Courier not responding to my eta request Fuming!! Update: colouryoureyes have been in touch, had a nice chat with a care officer today. They have advised a re-post of items. I am pleased to say I am no longer fuming albeit, pleasantly surprised that CYE reached out! Well done, I look forward to receipt! I’ll update further once items have been received.

Very Spinny. I liked them, but they do have a tendency to spin even after a few minutes of wearing them, which results in you not being able to see and looking like a goat. While wearing them I would notice my vision start to blur when they were spinning and I would have to constantly be adjusting them. If it was for one photoshoot or a brief video, they're great, but I would NOT recommend them for cons or for wearing for a long time.

Love using this company Love using this company! Used them for years and always got order promptly. Only once contacts didn’t arrive and they sorted it straight away. Just about to order now…tried another company and they didn’t even send the contacts or reply to email. Not sure why I decided to do that. Tried another huge brand company, the colour was amazing but the contacts from there were nowhere near as comfortable. I’ll always only order from here from now on.
