Go to a different site! Never updates shipping process. Ordered my glasses almost 2 weeks ago now, Got an email 4 days ago saying there was a delay in the shipping but will update. Still haven’t heard anything to emailed and never heard anything from that either. Terrible company. Terrible service. Do not recommend ordering from here if you need glasses or contacts within the 7 days it says you’ll get them.

The site never sends email to update… The site never sends email to update password, I just found a work around. EZ contact site also does not send confirmation emails as stated… sometimes when we are busy the email confirmation is helpful otherwise I wonder if I submitted an order or an order is processed. It’s always a surprise waiting to see if the order delivers
