GBThe order went fine with little bug The order went fine, but when comes to shipping, there were two options; 5-7 days free, 3-5 days $7.95. I tried to choose the free option but I could not. The only obligatory option was $7.95. So this is not nice. Either specify shipping $7.95 without putting the free shipping option that cannot be chosen, or make the free shipping option available.

GBGo to a different site! Never updates shipping process. Ordered my glasses almost 2 weeks ago now, Got an email 4 days ago saying there was a delay in the shipping but will update. Still haven’t heard anything to emailed and never heard anything from that either. Terrible company. Terrible service. Do not recommend ordering from here if you need glasses or contacts within the 7 days it says you’ll get them.

GBI am always ordering from your website… I am always ordering from your website and there is point should be given to me or be applied to my order but it never happened. I do not like that because you are lying to the customers.

GBBuyer Beware So, I ordered contacts on April 18. A few days later, I went on to track my order, only to find out the warehouse was closed for two weeks for a holiday, so nothing was being shipped until they returned on May 1. Nowhere during the ordering process did EZ Contacts mention the order processing center would be closed, or I would have placed my order elsewhere. So "EZ Contacts" isn't so EZ after all.
