GBI paid for 2 pairs and got one I ordered 2 pairs of glasses and only one has been delivered in the package. The order and the tracking number is the same for both glasses, I was charged for the both glasses but the package I received had only one pair, the Polo Ralph Lauren was missing. I sent emails to inquiry about it with customer service, asked for the glasses to be sent to me or to get the refund for them but never got a reply. This is not a way to treat your customers, I understand we are all people and mistakes happen but they never even reply to my emails to check and try fix it. I order online a lot and I never encountered this kind of situation but on this website I was rubbed and the ignored.

Ordered Monday and Wednesday morning I was getting my package, right on time. This is insane , I was concerned because I thought this page was a scam due to the incredible prices but I just found out where I will be ordering all my sunglasses 🕶️ thanks so much! 100% recommended.
