I paid for 2 pairs and got one I ordered 2 pairs of glasses and only one has been delivered in the package. The order and the tracking number is the same for both glasses, I was charged for the both glasses but the package I received had only one pair, the Polo Ralph Lauren was missing. I sent emails to inquiry about it with customer service, asked for the glasses to be sent to me or to get the refund for them but never got a reply. This is not a way to treat your customers, I understand we are all people and mistakes happen but they never even reply to my emails to check and try fix it. I order online a lot and I never encountered this kind of situation but on this website I was rubbed and the ignored.

What To Get Next! Was about to spend a grip on some new glass because I needed them. A friend showed me the page and I was a little skeptical until I received them today. I told my son about my purchase of Ralph Lauren and said he has a pair as well. So I compared the 2 for authenticity. To a freaky T in comparison but mines were waaayyyyy less and I think looked better! Just saying because it's mines. The price I paid! The time it took to receive them! Not to mention how good I look in them! Job well done guys!! Will be seeing you sooner than later!!! Thanks a WHOLE BUNCH!❤️❤️❤️

Very poor customer service Very poor customer service. I have requested a return on their website twice and I have yet to hear back from somebody. They don’t make it easy for you to return product, hoping the customer would just give up and keep the purchase. I don’t recommend buying off their website at all, it’s a nightmare.

I am very disappointed I am very disappointed! I received my shades broken. I do not understand how this was shipped out and not checked. Also I still have not received a return label and no contact information to speak to anyone. I will be writing a bad review and posting on all social media platforms.
