That was the first reason I 2 days searching for a place to purchase,at first I was skeptical to purchase because I have been scammed before. Long story short best decision made. frames were deliver on time, perfectly packed,dropped nicely, the fitting was excellent and there was no imperfections. I'll definitely will recommend this website to the parents that as me have same issues.

GBAn Excellent Company I recently ordered 2 pairs of glasses with a complex prescription. The company provides quality products at reasonable prices and they make sure that they are made correctly. I had a minor issue and they resolved it very quickly in a caring and understanding way unlike many other companies. I highly recommend them for all of your eyeglass needs for your family. GBtook my money and no product We ordered a pair of glasses for 120.21 they kept saying product backordered. When I requested they cancel the order after waiting many months and return our money nothing happened. they wont answer the phone, just awful customer service...lost money..lodged a complaint with the BBB & the Maryland DA and Office of Consumer Affairs

CAGood and trustable I broke my easyclip sunglasses a week ago and this family-owned compagny was there to help me. My experience with them has been sincerely great! The customer service is *chef kiss*, and the site is really well done! I had no problem with any steps of the transaction. Its a really good and trustable site web/compagnie! I bought my sunglasses from Canada-Quebec and the shipping price was really affordable to!

GBIs this a real company? A charge to my credit card was made the day of the order. This is not customary or appropriate. A charge is supposed to made on the day of shipment. My frames were never received. I feel I got a run around after a few phone calls. I had to file a dispute with my credit card company to halt payment because I couldn't rely on GlassesPro to do the proper thing. UPDATE: A refund was posted to my credit card account today in response to my initial review.
