Q&A is a bit problematic… Once I got past the questions I had prior to ordering, everything went well. I had questions on how to order. you responded with a request for more information. When I sent the info, a mail came telling me to be patient and to not start additional tickets. This happened twice. Your system needs some work. Update: received the sunglass attachment. fits well. Am satisfied.

Takes longer time than expected The order took 30 days but I finally got what I ordered. Nice quality reading glasses. The company is located in Canada therefor the shipping takes longer time.! The only Hassel is shipping & mailing time. But you get a tracking number.

Is this a real company? A charge to my credit card was made the day of the order. This is not customary or appropriate. A charge is supposed to made on the day of shipment. My frames were never received. I feel I got a run around after a few phone calls. I had to file a dispute with my credit card company to halt payment because I couldn't rely on GlassesPro to do the proper thing. UPDATE: A refund was posted to my credit card account today in response to my initial review.

took my money and no product We ordered a pair of glasses for 120.21 they kept saying product backordered. When I requested they cancel the order after waiting many months and return our money nothing happened. they wont answer the phone, just awful customer service...lost money..lodged a complaint with the BBB & the Maryland DA and Office of Consumer Affairs

No customer service never returned my… No customer service never returned my emails never took responsibility for poor quality work. Avoid this co at all cost Glasses were just bifocals with a small space to see normally. I asked how to fix the problem and was told a ticket was made but absolutely no attempt to make these glasses good. Very disappointed Trying to help my 94 year old father n law get a good pair of affordable glasses and got stuck with junk. Avoid this company if you need to see
