GBtook my money and no product We ordered a pair of glasses for 120.21 they kept saying product backordered. When I requested they cancel the order after waiting many months and return our money nothing happened. they wont answer the phone, just awful customer service...lost money..lodged a complaint with the BBB & the Maryland DA and Office of Consumer Affairs

GBGot the Rx right on the mark.. Got the Rx right on the mark... Glasses were as described... I wish they would do a better job of explaining the sizing of the eyeglasses. These frames were too small for my face and I feel a better explanation of the frame size relative to the facial dimensions would have helped me get the right frame.

CAGood and trustable I broke my easyclip sunglasses a week ago and this family-owned compagny was there to help me. My experience with them has been sincerely great! The customer service is *chef kiss*, and the site is really well done! I had no problem with any steps of the transaction. Its a really good and trustable site web/compagnie! I bought my sunglasses from Canada-Quebec and the shipping price was really affordable to!

GBUnreliable customer service and fraudulent warranty advertising I ordered two pairs of glasses about a year ago. They had promotion bogo 50% off. I noticed one of my frames had a slight crack on the temple arm. I reported the crack to glassespros customer service. They sent me a replacement temple right away but it was scratched. I informed them of the issue and they sent me a new temple arm. The new temple arm was not a good fit on my frames. It would not open up all the way because it had a manufacturing flaw. I reported this to customer service and they told me I already received two replacement arms so they couldn't do anymore for me. They didn't care that neither replacement was satisfactory. They basically told me to pay for assistance at my local optician even though it was under their warranty period still. I was not happy about their lack of customer service with my issue. I will not recommend this seller to anyone. They are not reputable and they don't deserve to be in business.
