GBQ&A is a bit problematic… Once I got past the questions I had prior to ordering, everything went well. I had questions on how to order. you responded with a request for more information. When I sent the info, a mail came telling me to be patient and to not start additional tickets. This happened twice. Your system needs some work. Update: received the sunglass attachment. fits well. Am satisfied.

GBIs this a real company? A charge to my credit card was made the day of the order. This is not customary or appropriate. A charge is supposed to made on the day of shipment. My frames were never received. I feel I got a run around after a few phone calls. I had to file a dispute with my credit card company to halt payment because I couldn't rely on GlassesPro to do the proper thing. UPDATE: A refund was posted to my credit card account today in response to my initial review.

GBGlassesPro has a really slick ordering… GlassesPro has a really slick ordering process with a wide selection of eyeglasses. I placed an order last evening and decided go with the BOGOHALF option. I sent an email after hours to cancel my order and received a response this morning confirming my request. I was able to place a new order. I successfully ordered from GlassesPro a couple of years ago. Looking forward to receiving my new glasses.

GBAmazing Wow what an amazing experience. I was stressed after crushing my 1 month old glasses that I had just purchased from a different local place. A quick visit to your website and 2 weeks later I have 2 sets of glasses for almost half the price I paid previously. Great fit/exactly what I was looking for. I really appreciate it. Thanks. GBGreat Customer Service, Great Product I had cataract surgery and ordered the wrong shades for an older pair of glasses, the numbers were faded and hard to read. Customer Support was very courteous and helpful, asked for a picture, got the correct numbers. The shades had been discontinued so they sent lovely frames/shades as a replacement. I highly recommend, trust, and will buy my future glasses from glassespro. Well Done Glassespro!
