An Excellent Company I recently ordered 2 pairs of glasses with a complex prescription. The company provides quality products at reasonable prices and they make sure that they are made correctly. I had a minor issue and they resolved it very quickly in a caring and understanding way unlike many other companies. I highly recommend them for all of your eyeglass needs for your family. I'm sure they will give you the excellent service they provided me.

Takes longer time than expected The order took 30 days but I finally got what I ordered. Nice quality reading glasses. The company is located in Canada therefor the shipping takes longer time.! The only Hassel is shipping & mailing time. But you get a tracking number.

I sent an email after hours to cancel my order and received a response this morning confirming my request. I was able to place a new order. Q&A is a bit problematic… Once I got past the questions I had prior to ordering, everything went well. I had questions on how to order. you responded with a request for more information. When I sent the info, a mail came telling me to be patient and to not start additional tickets. This happened twice. Your system needs some work. Update: received the sunglass attachment. fits well. Am satisfied.

Good and trustable I broke my easyclip sunglasses a week ago and this family-owned compagny was there to help me. My experience with them has been sincerely great!
