GBNo customer service never returned my… No customer service never returned my emails never took responsibility for poor quality work. Avoid this co at all cost Glasses were just bifocals with a small space to see normally. I asked how to fix the problem and was told a ticket was made but absolutely no attempt to make these glasses good. Very disappointed Trying to help my 94 year old father n law get a good pair of affordable glasses and got stuck with junk. Avoid this company if you need to see

GBAmazing Wow what an amazing experience. I was stressed after crushing my 1 month old glasses that I had just purchased from a different local place. A quick visit to your website and 2 weeks later I have 2 sets of glasses for almost half the price I paid previously. Great fit/exactly what I was looking for. I really appreciate it. Thanks. GBtook my money and no product We ordered a pair of glasses for 120.21 they kept saying product backordered. When I requested they cancel the order after waiting many months and return our money nothing happened. they wont answer the phone, just awful customer service...lost money..lodged a complaint with the BBB & the Maryland DA and Office of Consumer Affairs

GBGlassesPro has a really slick ordering… GlassesPro has a really slick ordering process with a wide selection of eyeglasses. I placed an order last evening and decided go with the BOGOHALF option. I sent an email after hours to cancel my order and received a response this morning confirming my request. I was able to place a new order. I successfully ordered from GlassesPro a couple of years ago. Looking forward to receiving my new glasses.

GBTakes longer time than expected The order took 30 days but I finally got what I ordered. Nice quality reading glasses. The company is located in Canada therefor the shipping takes longer time.! The only Hassel is shipping & mailing time. But you get a tracking number.
