Great Customer Service, Great Product I had cataract surgery and ordered the wrong shades for an older pair of glasses, the numbers were faded and hard to read. Customer Support was very courteous and helpful, asked for a picture, got the correct numbers. The shades had been discontinued so they sent lovely frames/shades as a replacement. I highly recommend, trust, and will buy my future glasses from glassespro. Well Done Glassespro!

Is this a real company? A charge to my credit card was made the day of the order. This is not customary or appropriate. A charge is supposed to made on the day of shipment. My frames were never received. I feel I got a run around after a few phone calls. I had to file a dispute with my credit card company to halt payment because I couldn't rely on GlassesPro to do the proper thing. UPDATE: A refund was posted to my credit card account today in response to my initial review.

Unreliable customer service and fraudulent warranty advertising I ordered two pairs of glasses about a year ago. They had promotion bogo 50% off. I noticed one of my frames had a slight crack on the temple arm. I reported the crack to glassespros customer service. They sent me a replacement temple right away but it was scratched. I informed them of the issue and they sent me a new temple arm. The new temple arm was not a good fit on my frames. It would not open up all the way because it had a manufacturing flaw. I reported this to customer service and they told me I already received two replacement arms so they couldn't do anymore for me. They didn't care that neither replacement was satisfactory. They basically told me to pay for assistance at my local optician even though it was under their warranty period still. I was not happy about their lack of customer service with my issue. I will not recommend this seller to anyone. They are not reputable and they don't deserve to be in business.

That was the first reason I 2 days searching for a place to purchase,at first I was skeptical to purchase because I have been scammed before. Long story short best decision made. frames were deliver on time, perfectly packed,dropped nicely, the fitting was excellent and there was no imperfections. I'll definitely will recommend this website to the parents that as me have same issues.

Avoid this co at all cost Glasses were just bifocals with a small space to see normally. I asked how to fix the problem and was told a ticket was made but absolutely no attempt to make these glasses good. Very disappointed Trying to help my 94 year old father n law get a good pair of affordable glasses and got stuck with junk. Avoid this company if you need to see
