GBIs this a real company? A charge to my credit card was made the day of the order. This is not customary or appropriate. A charge is supposed to made on the day of shipment. My frames were never received. I feel I got a run around after a few phone calls. I had to file a dispute with my credit card company to halt payment because I couldn't rely on GlassesPro to do the proper thing. UPDATE: A refund was posted to my credit card account today in response to my initial review.

GBUnreliable customer service and fraudulent warranty advertising I ordered two pairs of glasses about a year ago. They had promotion bogo 50% off. I noticed one of my frames had a slight crack on the temple arm. I reported the crack to glassespros customer service. They sent me a replacement temple right away but it was scratched. I informed them of the issue and they sent me a new temple arm. The new temple arm was not a good fit on my frames. It would not open up all the way because it had a manufacturing flaw. I reported this to customer service and they told me I already received two replacement arms so they couldn't do anymore for me. They didn't care that neither replacement was satisfactory. They basically told me to pay for assistance at my local optician even though it was under their warranty period still. I was not happy about their lack of customer service with my issue. I will not recommend this seller to anyone. They are not reputable and they don't deserve to be in business.

GBGreat Customer Service, Great Product I had cataract surgery and ordered the wrong shades for an older pair of glasses, the numbers were faded and hard to read. Customer Support was very courteous and helpful, asked for a picture, got the correct numbers. The shades had been discontinued so they sent lovely frames/shades as a replacement. I highly recommend, trust, and will buy my future glasses from glassespro. Well Done Glassespro!

GBTakes longer time than expected The order took 30 days but I finally got what I ordered. Nice quality reading glasses. The company is located in Canada therefor the shipping takes longer time.! The only Hassel is shipping & mailing time. But you get a tracking number.

GBtook my money and no product We ordered a pair of glasses for 120.21 they kept saying product backordered. When I requested they cancel the order after waiting many months and return our money nothing happened. they wont answer the phone, just awful customer service...lost money..lodged a complaint with the BBB & the Maryland DA and Office of Consumer Affairs
