GBIs this a real company? A charge to my credit card was made the day of the order. This is not customary or appropriate. A charge is supposed to made on the day of shipment. My frames were never received. I feel I got a run around after a few phone calls. I had to file a dispute with my credit card company to halt payment because I couldn't rely on GlassesPro to do the proper thing. UPDATE: A refund was posted to my credit card account today in response to my initial review.

GBA couple of frustrating delays in… A couple of frustrating delays in getting these glasses, but I was very happy with the product once it arrived. The frames were the same style as the ones I previously bought through an optician, but notable sturdier. Definitely a big jump in quality and I’d order again from GlassesPro. Thanks.

I had a minor issue and they resolved it very quickly in a caring and understanding way unlike many other companies. I highly recommend them for all of your eyeglass needs for your family. GBGlassesPro has a really slick ordering… GlassesPro has a really slick ordering process with a wide selection of eyeglasses. I placed an order last evening and decided go with the BOGOHALF option. I sent an email after hours to cancel my order and received a response this morning confirming my request. I was able to place a new order. I successfully ordered from GlassesPro a couple of years ago. Looking forward to receiving my new glasses.
