GBAn Excellent Company I recently ordered 2 pairs of glasses with a complex prescription. The company provides quality products at reasonable prices and they make sure that they are made correctly. I had a minor issue and they resolved it very quickly in a caring and understanding way unlike many other companies. I highly recommend them for all of your eyeglass needs for your family. CAGood and trustable I broke my easyclip sunglasses a week ago and this family-owned compagny was there to help me. My experience with them has been sincerely great! The customer service is *chef kiss*, and the site is really well done! I had no problem with any steps of the transaction. Its a really good and trustable site web/compagnie! I bought my sunglasses from Canada-Quebec and the shipping price was really affordable to!

GBUnreliable customer service and fraudulent warranty advertising I ordered two pairs of glasses about a year ago. They had promotion bogo 50% off. I noticed one of my frames had a slight crack on the temple arm. I reported the crack to glassespros customer service. They sent me a replacement temple right away but it was scratched. I informed them of the issue and they sent me a new temple arm. The new temple arm was not a good fit on my frames. It would not open up all the way because it had a manufacturing flaw. I reported this to customer service and they told me I already received two replacement arms so they couldn't do anymore for me. They didn't care that neither replacement was satisfactory. They basically told me to pay for assistance at my local optician even though it was under their warranty period still. I was not happy about their lack of customer service with my issue. I will not recommend this seller to anyone. They are not reputable and they don't deserve to be in business.
