GBIs this a real company? A charge to my credit card was made the day of the order. This is not customary or appropriate. A charge is supposed to made on the day of shipment. My frames were never received. I feel I got a run around after a few phone calls. I had to file a dispute with my credit card company to halt payment because I couldn't rely on GlassesPro to do the proper thing. UPDATE: A refund was posted to my credit card account today in response to my initial review.

GBGlassesPro has a really slick ordering… GlassesPro has a really slick ordering process with a wide selection of eyeglasses. I placed an order last evening and decided go with the BOGOHALF option. I sent an email after hours to cancel my order and received a response this morning confirming my request. I was able to place a new order. I successfully ordered from GlassesPro a couple of years ago. Looking forward to receiving my new glasses.

GBMy household is becoming glassespro addicted Last year my husband bought a glasses frame online from glassesspro.com and he was unsure if it would fit his lenses, but when the frame married it was perfect. GBThis company has been amazing This company has been amazing! My son is 8 and he started wearing glasses at 6 and breaks his frames about every few months. Not only is this company reasonably priced, they send orders quickly. They also take time to address customer concerns promptly. I highly recommend them!!
