That was the first reason I 2 days searching for a place to purchase,at first I was skeptical to purchase because I have been scammed before. Long story short best decision made. frames were deliver on time, perfectly packed,dropped nicely, the fitting was excellent and there was no imperfections. GBGreat Customer Service, Great Product I had cataract surgery and ordered the wrong shades for an older pair of glasses, the numbers were faded and hard to read. Customer Support was very courteous and helpful, asked for a picture, got the correct numbers. The shades had been discontinued so they sent lovely frames/shades as a replacement. I highly recommend, trust, and will buy my future glasses from glassespro. Well Done Glassespro!

GBGot the Rx right on the mark.. Got the Rx right on the mark... Glasses were as described... I wish they would do a better job of explaining the sizing of the eyeglasses. These frames were too small for my face and I feel a better explanation of the frame size relative to the facial dimensions would have helped me get the right frame.
