GBtook my money and no product We ordered a pair of glasses for 120.21 they kept saying product backordered. When I requested they cancel the order after waiting many months and return our money nothing happened. they wont answer the phone, just awful customer service...lost money..lodged a complaint with the BBB & the Maryland DA and Office of Consumer Affairs

I sent an email after hours to cancel my order and received a response this morning confirming my request. I was able to place a new order. I successfully ordered from GlassesPro a couple of years ago. Looking forward to receiving my new glasses.

GBAn Excellent Company I recently ordered 2 pairs of glasses with a complex prescription. The company provides quality products at reasonable prices and they make sure that they are made correctly. GBA couple of frustrating delays in… A couple of frustrating delays in getting these glasses, but I was very happy with the product once it arrived. The frames were the same style as the ones I previously bought through an optician, but notable sturdier. Definitely a big jump in quality and I’d order again from GlassesPro. Thanks.
