GBUnreliable customer service and fraudulent warranty advertising I ordered two pairs of glasses about a year ago. They had promotion bogo 50% off. I noticed one of my frames had a slight crack on the temple arm. I reported the crack to glassespros customer service. They sent me a replacement temple right away but it was scratched. I informed them of the issue and they sent me a new temple arm. The new temple arm was not a good fit on my frames. It would not open up all the way because it had a manufacturing flaw. I reported this to customer service and they told me I already received two replacement arms so they couldn't do anymore for me. They didn't care that neither replacement was satisfactory. They basically told me to pay for assistance at my local optician even though it was under their warranty period still. I was not happy about their lack of customer service with my issue. I will not recommend this seller to anyone. They are not reputable and they don't deserve to be in business.

GBTakes longer time than expected The order took 30 days but I finally got what I ordered. Nice quality reading glasses. The company is located in Canada therefor the shipping takes longer time.! The only Hassel is shipping & mailing time. But you get a tracking number.

GBMy household is becoming glassespro addicted Last year my husband bought a glasses frame online from glassesspro.com and he was unsure if it would fit his lenses, but when the frame married it was perfect. Today, I chose to give my glasses frame measurement a trail on glassespro website. I discovered that the website was easy to navigate through and the measurement was available for my lenses.
