GBIs this a real company? A charge to my credit card was made the day of the order. This is not customary or appropriate. A charge is supposed to made on the day of shipment. My frames were never received. I feel I got a run around after a few phone calls. I had to file a dispute with my credit card company to halt payment because I couldn't rely on GlassesPro to do the proper thing. UPDATE: A refund was posted to my credit card account today in response to my initial review.

GBAmazing Wow what an amazing experience. I was stressed after crushing my 1 month old glasses that I had just purchased from a different local place. A quick visit to your website and 2 weeks later I have 2 sets of glasses for almost half the price I paid previously. Great fit/exactly what I was looking for. I really appreciate it. Thanks. GBGot the Rx right on the mark.. Got the Rx right on the mark... Glasses were as described... I wish they would do a better job of explaining the sizing of the eyeglasses. These frames were too small for my face and I feel a better explanation of the frame size relative to the facial dimensions would have helped me get the right frame.

GBGreat Customer Service, Great Product I had cataract surgery and ordered the wrong shades for an older pair of glasses, the numbers were faded and hard to read. Customer Support was very courteous and helpful, asked for a picture, got the correct numbers. The shades had been discontinued so they sent lovely frames/shades as a replacement. I highly recommend, trust, and will buy my future glasses from glassespro. Well Done Glassespro!
