That was the first reason I 2 days searching for a place to purchase,at first I was skeptical to purchase because I have been scammed before. Long story short best decision made. frames were deliver on time, perfectly packed,dropped nicely, the fitting was excellent and there was no imperfections. I'll definitely will recommend this website to the parents that as me have same issues.

GBThis company has been amazing This company has been amazing! My son is 8 and he started wearing glasses at 6 and breaks his frames about every few months. Not only is this company reasonably priced, they send orders quickly. They also take time to address customer concerns promptly. I highly recommend them!!

GBIs this a real company? A charge to my credit card was made the day of the order. This is not customary or appropriate. A charge is supposed to made on the day of shipment. My frames were never received. I feel I got a run around after a few phone calls. I had to file a dispute with my credit card company to halt payment because I couldn't rely on GlassesPro to do the proper thing. UPDATE: A refund was posted to my credit card account today in response to my initial review.

GBGlassesPro has a really slick ordering… GlassesPro has a really slick ordering process with a wide selection of eyeglasses. I placed an order last evening and decided go with the BOGOHALF option. I sent an email after hours to cancel my order and received a response this morning confirming my request. I was able to place a new order. I successfully ordered from GlassesPro a couple of years ago. Looking forward to receiving my new glasses.

GBtook my money and no product We ordered a pair of glasses for 120.21 they kept saying product backordered. When I requested they cancel the order after waiting many months and return our money nothing happened. they wont answer the phone, just awful customer service...lost money..lodged a complaint with the BBB & the Maryland DA and Office of Consumer Affairs
