GBtook my money and no product We ordered a pair of glasses for 120.21 they kept saying product backordered. When I requested they cancel the order after waiting many months and return our money nothing happened. they wont answer the phone, just awful customer service...lost money..lodged a complaint with the BBB & the Maryland DA and Office of Consumer Affairs

GBQ&A is a bit problematic… Once I got past the questions I had prior to ordering, everything went well. I had questions on how to order. you responded with a request for more information. When I sent the info, a mail came telling me to be patient and to not start additional tickets. This happened twice. Your system needs some work. Update: received the sunglass attachment. fits well. Am satisfied.

GBAn Excellent Company I recently ordered 2 pairs of glasses with a complex prescription. The company provides quality products at reasonable prices and they make sure that they are made correctly.
