Not only is this company reasonably priced, they send orders quickly. They also take time to address customer concerns promptly. I highly recommend them!!

GBGot the Rx right on the mark.. Got the Rx right on the mark... Glasses were as described... I wish they would do a better job of explaining the sizing of the eyeglasses. These frames were too small for my face and I feel a better explanation of the frame size relative to the facial dimensions would have helped me get the right frame.

GBA couple of frustrating delays in… A couple of frustrating delays in getting these glasses, but I was very happy with the product once it arrived. The frames were the same style as the ones I previously bought through an optician, but notable sturdier. Definitely a big jump in quality and I’d order again from GlassesPro. Thanks.

GBQ&A is a bit problematic… Once I got past the questions I had prior to ordering, everything went well. I had questions on how to order. you responded with a request for more information. When I sent the info, a mail came telling me to be patient and to not start additional tickets. This happened twice. Your system needs some work. Update: received the sunglass attachment. fits well. Am satisfied.

GBUnreliable customer service and fraudulent warranty advertising I ordered two pairs of glasses about a year ago. They had promotion bogo 50% off. I noticed one of my frames had a slight crack on the temple arm. I reported the crack to glassespros customer service. They sent me a replacement temple right away but it was scratched. I informed them of the issue and they sent me a new temple arm. The new temple arm was not a good fit on my frames. It would not open up all the way because it had a manufacturing flaw. I reported this to customer service and they told me I already received two replacement arms so they couldn't do anymore for me. They didn't care that neither replacement was satisfactory. They basically told me to pay for assistance at my local optician even though it was under their warranty period still. I was not happy about their lack of customer service with my issue. I will not recommend this seller to anyone. They are not reputable and they don't deserve to be in business.
