GBTakes longer time than expected The order took 30 days but I finally got what I ordered. Nice quality reading glasses. The company is located in Canada therefor the shipping takes longer time.! The only Hassel is shipping & mailing time. But you get a tracking number.

GBAn Excellent Company I recently ordered 2 pairs of glasses with a complex prescription. The company provides quality products at reasonable prices and they make sure that they are made correctly. I had a minor issue and they resolved it very quickly in a caring and understanding way unlike many other companies. I highly recommend them for all of your eyeglass needs for your family. GBIs this a real company? A charge to my credit card was made the day of the order. This is not customary or appropriate. A charge is supposed to made on the day of shipment. My frames were never received. I feel I got a run around after a few phone calls. I had to file a dispute with my credit card company to halt payment because I couldn't rely on GlassesPro to do the proper thing. UPDATE: A refund was posted to my credit card account today in response to my initial review.
