I sent an email after hours to cancel my order and received a response this morning confirming my request. I was able to place a new order. I successfully ordered from GlassesPro a couple of years ago. Looking forward to receiving my new glasses.

When I requested they cancel the order after waiting many months and return our money nothing happened. they wont answer the phone, just awful customer service...lost money..lodged a complaint with the BBB & the Maryland DA and Office of Consumer Affairs

That was the first reason I 2 days searching for a place to purchase,at first I was skeptical to purchase because I have been scammed before. Long story short best decision made. frames were deliver on time, perfectly packed,dropped nicely, the fitting was excellent and there was no imperfections.
