GBIs this a real company? A charge to my credit card was made the day of the order. This is not customary or appropriate. A charge is supposed to made on the day of shipment. My frames were never received. I feel I got a run around after a few phone calls. I had to file a dispute with my credit card company to halt payment because I couldn't rely on GlassesPro to do the proper thing. UPDATE: A refund was posted to my credit card account today in response to my initial review.

GBMy household is becoming glassespro addicted Last year my husband bought a glasses frame online from glassesspro.com and he was unsure if it would fit his lenses, but when the frame married it was perfect. Today, I chose to give my glasses frame measurement a trail on glassespro website. I discovered that the website was easy to navigate through and the measurement was available for my lenses. The most beautiful thing is that I got 15% off as a first time customer and the frame ships free. Yay!

GBUnreliable customer service and fraudulent warranty advertising I ordered two pairs of glasses about a year ago. They had promotion bogo 50% off. I noticed one of my frames had a slight crack on the temple arm. I reported the crack to glassespros customer service. They sent me a replacement temple right away but it was scratched. I informed them of the issue and they sent me a new temple arm. The new temple arm was not a good fit on my frames. It would not open up all the way because it had a manufacturing flaw. I reported this to customer service and they told me I already received two replacement arms so they couldn't do anymore for me. They didn't care that neither replacement was satisfactory. They basically told me to pay for assistance at my local optician even though it was under their warranty period still. I was not happy about their lack of customer service with my issue. I will not recommend this seller to anyone. They are not reputable and they don't deserve to be in business.

GBNo customer service never returned my… No customer service never returned my emails never took responsibility for poor quality work. Avoid this co at all cost Glasses were just bifocals with a small space to see normally. I asked how to fix the problem and was told a ticket was made but absolutely no attempt to make these glasses good. Very disappointed Trying to help my 94 year old father n law get a good pair of affordable glasses and got stuck with junk. Avoid this company if you need to see
