USREALLY DISAPPOINTED On October 3, 2023 I paid in full for a pair of glasses and on October 14 customer service sent me an email stating that the item was out of stock and "We would be more than happy to assist you in finding an alternative style that suits your preferences. Please let us know your preferred style or any specific requirements." I replied that I am not interested in an alternative style and requested a refund. Up to this day a refund has not been processed !!!. I tried to contact Cyxus through email and the phone number listed on the website which is NOT working, as well as their CHAT option on the website where there's never a staff to chat with. That says a lot about this Company, I am furious and disappointed about this issue. They seem to refuse to submit my refund !!!.

USI never got my order I never got my order. I only found out about issues with my order after I reached out numerous times to their customer service. They gave me a bad tracking number and then kept telling me the order arrived which it definitely didn't. I'm sad because I've previously bought from here with no issues and this time it wasn't like that.
