GBI'm 68 and this my first experience… I'm 68 and this my first experience with hearing aids. I'm an engineer brain and research everything before I commit to purchase. Pinged around with ENT and another nationwide audiology brand. When researching Oticon I discovered ZipHearing. Got in touch through chat and quickly talked with Grant Davidson. He's informative, doesn't rush things, and is interested in helping customers rather than just making sales. Went to see the local ZipHearing audiologist for testing and decided on the Oticon Real 2. The local affiliate was thorough and very helpful. After a few weeks experienced an issue with the Real 2's. Arranged for a warranty swap and was then told that Grant had arranged for me to have the newly introduced Intent 2's, this is an upgrade and there was no additional cost. Really appreciate Grant's responsiveness and mindset that helping customers leads to sales, repeat sales, and a grass roots referral network.

GBExpectations Exceeded! It is a rare thing these days for any company or representative to exceed expectations, but that's exactly what ZipHearing and Grant Davidson have done. Grant was patient and detailed, answering every one of my myriad questions with zero sales pressure. He was extremely responsive and got back to me with answers promptly - so refreshing! I was impressed with his knowledge of the marketplace and how ZipHearing's business model works and how they maintain their relationships with the dispensing Audiologists. I obtained the best available hearing aid technology for the best possible price and had excellent service and follow up. You just can't ask for more than that. GBZiphearing: a Great Experience I saved over 50% on my new Phonak hearing aids. I was not looking forward to buying new hearing aids: so many questions - what make, what options and what price? The process with Ziphearing was simple. I called Ziphearing and spoke with Jeff who recommended a local audiologist. When I visited the office, all my questions and concerns were addressed. We ordered the hearing aids and, four days later, they arrived. The audiologist reviewed all the operational features with me as well as how to take care of them. I then go back in thirty days for a follow up appointment to make any necessary adjustments. Jeff from Ziphearing kept in touch with me throughout the process.
