Expectations Exceeded! It is a rare thing these days for any company or representative to exceed expectations, but that's exactly what ZipHearing and Grant Davidson have done. Grant was patient and detailed, answering every one of my myriad questions with zero sales pressure. He was extremely responsive and got back to me with answers promptly - so refreshing! I was impressed with his knowledge of the marketplace and how ZipHearing's business model works and how they maintain their relationships with the dispensing Audiologists. I obtained the best available hearing aid technology for the best possible price and had excellent service and follow up. You just can't ask for more than that. Ziphearing: a Great Experience I saved over 50% on my new Phonak hearing aids. I was not looking forward to buying new hearing aids: so many questions - what make, what options and what price? The process with Ziphearing was simple. I called Ziphearing and spoke with Jeff who recommended a local audiologist. When I visited the office, all my questions and concerns were addressed. We ordered the hearing aids and, four days later, they arrived. The audiologist reviewed all the operational features with me as well as how to take care of them. I then go back in thirty days for a follow up appointment to make any necessary adjustments. Jeff from Ziphearing kept in touch with me throughout the process.

Remarkable savings and responsive team I generally subscribe to the caution, "If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is." However, my recent experience with ZipHearing demonstrated otherwise! I purchased Oticon Real 1 hearing aids through ZipHearing, at a price that was 39% less than that quoted locally. The only difference of note is 1 year vs. 3 years of service/adjustments, which is not a concern given the amount of the price difference. Communications from the ZipHearing team were clear and timely, both on the phone and via email.
