I am on my fourth order as I am completely in love with the frame choices and outstanding customer service. When I have had questions, the chat feature has been extremely helpful in getting the needed answers. I recently had an issue with an order ( no fault of the company) I was stunned at how they went out of their way to correct my issue. Highly recommend!!!!!!

Got all the frames in safe little boxes I can store them, with instructions on how to take care of them, fix them if they feel loose, properly clean them and everything! It was so easy , especially as you can try before you buy with the virtual try on option,and they arrived pretty quickly, the fit is perfect and the ones I chose will go with absolutely everything, they are so stylish and lightweight.
