GBBEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER Gen was so attentive and so kind and understanding. Absolutely PHENEOMEL experience. My glasses broke and I was able to send pictures of them in the chat (very uncommon to have access to that feature with any customer service live chats) and it was just amazing. I am beyond words. Thank you SO much Gen, and Zinff. GIVE GEN A RAISE!!!

GBI was skeptical at first but LOVE my new glasses I was skeptical at first ordering off a website but my glasses came in quickly and well packaged with a nice case and cleaning cloth. My prescription was correct and all added features work as stated. These are so much cheaper than glasses at the eye doctor and Zinff offers so many more stylish options which is my favorite thing about this site. My glasses are so adorable and I get so many compliments! I just ordered a second pair in a different style 7 months later!

GBWhat can I say except WOW thankyou… What can I say except WOW thankyou Zinff!!!! I absolutely LOVE my new glasses, they are my favourite pair EVER !! It was so easy , especially as you can try before you buy with the virtual try on option,and they arrived pretty quickly, the fit is perfect and the ones I chose will go with absolutely everything, they are so stylish and lightweight. I would recommend Zinff highly, and I will definitely get my glasses from them in future. A huge thank you to Zinff.

GBLiterally the worst return policy ever Literally the worst return policy ever. I have bought so many glasses from so many websites and each one always lets me receive a full refund. My problem is that my prescription makes glasses about 100 plus dollars so instead of wasting 100 dollars on a pair I'm not sure I actually like, I buy the frame with no prescription or customizations to try them on. I tried to do the same with this website and they are making it seem like refunds are the worst thing to do. They complain about filling out an RMA form and having to send it to the lab, etc. If it's so hard to accept a return, then don't do them at all! I read the policy and they are telling me something different. If you plan on returning frames on this website I suggest going on firmoo or eyebuydirect.

GBCostumer service was extremely helpful and quick to respond I accidentally ordered a pair of glasses which were too big for my face and emailed customer support to see if there was anything I can do. They did not hesitate to message me with a couple of solutions to my problems. They were very kind and straightforward, I can’t wait to receive my new pair I bought.
