My glasses broke and I was able to send pictures of them in the chat (very uncommon to have access to that feature with any customer service live chats) and it was just amazing. I am beyond words. What can I say except WOW thankyou… What can I say except WOW thankyou Zinff!!!! I absolutely LOVE my new glasses, they are my favourite pair EVER !! It was so easy , especially as you can try before you buy with the virtual try on option,and they arrived pretty quickly, the fit is perfect and the ones I chose will go with absolutely everything, they are so stylish and lightweight. Best glasses I’ve ever had! I have spent so much money with other companies and I couldn’t believe how inexpensive my glasses were with all the add ons. I always reduce my lenses, add blue light filter, and anti glare/anti smudge. I spent About 75 bucks total!!!!! So I bought more. I’m never buying from any other website BUT Zinff! And I always get so many compliments on my frames!
