Got all the frames in safe little boxes I can store them, with instructions on how to take care of them, fix them if they feel loose, properly clean them and everything! I love that they care so much about the costumer satisfaction ❤️❤️ I had a slight personal issue with one of my frames and no problem, they were right there for me to help solve it ❤️ Overall Amazing service! I love the glasses I purchased!! 10/10 I love the glasses I purchased! I was a bit hesitant since I've never really purchased glasses with prescription online before… but 10/10 they came out perfect. I will order another pair soon that’s how much I like them. Great prices for great quality. The shipping speed was to be expected so that wasn't a problem at all.

Overall a very pleasant experience The frames are all super cute, everything is really easy to navigate, and the customer service was super helpful and very pleasant. Would definitely recommend to someone else looking for frames.

Costumer service was extremely helpful and quick to respond I accidentally ordered a pair of glasses which were too big for my face and emailed customer support to see if there was anything I can do.
