GBBEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER Gen was so attentive and so kind and understanding. Absolutely PHENEOMEL experience. My glasses broke and I was able to send pictures of them in the chat (very uncommon to have access to that feature with any customer service live chats) and it was just amazing. I am beyond words. GBBest glasses I’ve ever had! I have spent so much money with other companies and I couldn’t believe how inexpensive my glasses were with all the add ons. I always reduce my lenses, add blue light filter, and anti glare/anti smudge. I spent About 75 bucks total!!!!! So I bought more. I’m never buying from any other website BUT Zinff! And I always get so many compliments on my frames!

Got all the frames in safe little boxes I can store them, with instructions on how to take care of them, fix them if they feel loose, properly clean them and everything! I love that they care so much about the costumer satisfaction ❤️❤️ I had a slight personal issue with one of my frames and no problem, they were right there for me to help solve it ❤️ Overall Amazing service! Amazing Frames, Amazing quality!✨✨ I've had glasses for 10+ years and I am never shopping at another glasses store again 🤣❤️
