I am on my fourth order as I am completely in love with the frame choices and outstanding customer service. When I have had questions, the chat feature has been extremely helpful in getting the needed answers. I recently had an issue with an order ( no fault of the company) I was stunned at how they went out of their way to correct my issue. Highly recommend!!!!!!

Got all the frames in safe little boxes I can store them, with instructions on how to take care of them, fix them if they feel loose, properly clean them and everything! I love that they care so much about the costumer satisfaction ❤️❤️ I had a slight personal issue with one of my frames and no problem, they were right there for me to help solve it ❤️ Overall Amazing service! Price points incredibly realistic, and a huge variety of prescription and non prescription products! I opted for prescription glasses and for the first time - blue light blocking - computer screen lenses. SAVED my eyes from fatigue.
