Got all the frames in safe little boxes I can store them, with instructions on how to take care of them, fix them if they feel loose, properly clean them and everything! I love that they care so much about the costumer satisfaction ❤️❤️ I had a slight personal issue with one of my frames and no problem, they were right there for me to help solve it ❤️ Overall Amazing service! Amazing Frames, Amazing quality!✨✨ I've had glasses for 10+ years and I am never shopping at another glasses store again 🤣❤️

Overall a very pleasant experience The frames are all super cute, everything is really easy to navigate, and the customer service was super helpful and very pleasant. Would definitely recommend to someone else looking for frames.

I ordered a pair of glasses in June of… I ordered a pair of glasses in June of 2023 and love them but they formed a crack in the left arm so I contacted them and they sent me a code for a new pair. I am beyond happy at this point.

It was so easy , especially as you can try before you buy with the virtual try on option,and they arrived pretty quickly, the fit is perfect and the ones I chose will go with absolutely everything, they are so stylish and lightweight. Best glasses I’ve ever had! I have spent so much money with other companies and I couldn’t believe how inexpensive my glasses were with all the add ons. I always reduce my lenses, add blue light filter, and anti glare/anti smudge. I spent About 75 bucks total!!!!! So I bought more. I’m never buying from any other website BUT Zinff! And I always get so many compliments on my frames!
