Great customer care I ordered 2 pairs of glasses and they're so beautiful and arrived so quickly! One of them broke after a few months and when I contacted customer services they instantly got back to me! As they were under guarantee it was all sorted! No hassle, great customer service!

I ordered a pair of glasses in June of… I ordered a pair of glasses in June of 2023 and love them but they formed a crack in the left arm so I contacted them and they sent me a code for a new pair. I am beyond happy at this point.

I saw them on TikTok first, and obviously I think everyone’s first impression is “it’s probably a scam” but I I really liked the unique designs so I got the style “Pearl” in clear color and ever since I got them I wear them everyday! Only thing is they did take a little while to arrive but it’s because the prescription making for my glasses was a little complicated, but overall they are very unique and excellent quality ! I VERY MUCH RECOMMEND!!

It was so easy , especially as you can try before you buy with the virtual try on option,and they arrived pretty quickly, the fit is perfect and the ones I chose will go with absolutely everything, they are so stylish and lightweight. I would recommend Zinff highly, and I will definitely get my glasses from them in future. A huge thank you to Zinff.

Overall a very pleasant experience The frames are all super cute, everything is really easy to navigate, and the customer service was super helpful and very pleasant. Would definitely recommend to someone else looking for frames.
