GBLiterally the worst return policy ever Literally the worst return policy ever. I have bought so many glasses from so many websites and each one always lets me receive a full refund. My problem is that my prescription makes glasses about 100 plus dollars so instead of wasting 100 dollars on a pair I'm not sure I actually like, I buy the frame with no prescription or customizations to try them on. I tried to do the same with this website and they are making it seem like refunds are the worst thing to do. They complain about filling out an RMA form and having to send it to the lab, etc. If it's so hard to accept a return, then don't do them at all! I read the policy and they are telling me something different. If you plan on returning frames on this website I suggest going on firmoo or eyebuydirect.

GBBest glasses I’ve ever had! I have spent so much money with other companies and I couldn’t believe how inexpensive my glasses were with all the add ons. I always reduce my lenses, add blue light filter, and anti glare/anti smudge. I spent About 75 bucks total!!!!! So I bought more. I’m never buying from any other website BUT Zinff! And I always get so many compliments on my frames!

GBI discovered this brand recently when I… I discovered this brand recently when I was shopping for my eyeglasses..OMG I felt like I hit a big jackpot 😀I ordered three pairs guys they're awesome..they have different styles, colors frames based on your own style, super comfortable and stylish. Super affordable the quality if you like me who misplacing my eyeglasses often ..then you need more than one pairs since it's cost effective...

NZGreat customer care I ordered 2 pairs of glasses and they're so beautiful and arrived so quickly! One of them broke after a few months and when I contacted customer services they instantly got back to me! As they were under guarantee it was all sorted! No hassle, great customer service!

GBCostumer service was extremely helpful and quick to respond I accidentally ordered a pair of glasses which were too big for my face and emailed customer support to see if there was anything I can do. They did not hesitate to message me with a couple of solutions to my problems. They were very kind and straightforward, I can’t wait to receive my new pair I bought.
