I ordered a pair of glasses in June of… I ordered a pair of glasses in June of 2023 and love them but they formed a crack in the left arm so I contacted them and they sent me a code for a new pair. I am beyond happy at this point.

Overall a very pleasant experience The frames are all super cute, everything is really easy to navigate, and the customer service was super helpful and very pleasant. Would definitely recommend to someone else looking for frames.

I was skeptical at first but LOVE my new glasses I was skeptical at first ordering off a website but my glasses came in quickly and well packaged with a nice case and cleaning cloth. My prescription was correct and all added features work as stated. These are so much cheaper than glasses at the eye doctor and Zinff offers so many more stylish options which is my favorite thing about this site.
