I was skeptical at first but LOVE my new glasses I was skeptical at first ordering off a website but my glasses came in quickly and well packaged with a nice case and cleaning cloth. My prescription was correct and all added features work as stated. These are so much cheaper than glasses at the eye doctor and Zinff offers so many more stylish options which is my favorite thing about this site. My glasses are so adorable and I get so many compliments! I just ordered a second pair in a different style 7 months later!

Overall a very pleasant experience The frames are all super cute, everything is really easy to navigate, and the customer service was super helpful and very pleasant. Would definitely recommend to someone else looking for frames.

My glasses broke and I was able to send pictures of them in the chat (very uncommon to have access to that feature with any customer service live chats) and it was just amazing. I am beyond words. Got all the frames in safe little boxes I can store them, with instructions on how to take care of them, fix them if they feel loose, properly clean them and everything! I love that they care so much about the costumer satisfaction ❤️❤️ I had a slight personal issue with one of my frames and no problem, they were right there for me to help solve it ❤️ Overall Amazing service! I am so happy I decided to try this… I am so happy I decided to try this company and order my first pair of glasses. I am on my fourth order as I am completely in love with the frame choices and outstanding customer service. When I have had questions, the chat feature has been extremely helpful in getting the needed answers. I recently had an issue with an order ( no fault of the company) I was stunned at how they went out of their way to correct my issue. Highly recommend!!!!!!
