They informed me that they don't ship lenses without frames. They offered to make new lenses if I returned the original glasses. I just had to pay a few bucks for return shipping. All along the process, their communication was clear and concise, handled by humans, not bots. I'm thoroughly pleased and impressed. I got nice glasses at a great price and customer service that exceeded my expectations.
