They fixed my error in ordering! I made an error inputing my prescription when I ordered my glasses. I immediately notified Vooglam by email request replacement lenses. They informed me that they don't ship lenses without frames. They offered to make new lenses if I returned the original glasses. I just had to pay a few bucks for return shipping. All along the process, their communication was clear and concise, handled by humans, not bots. I'm thoroughly pleased and impressed. I got nice glasses at a great price and customer service that exceeded my expectations.

No customer support!!… I was trying calling on the phone to ask a question regarding an order i was trying to place. I Call the number that is listed you get a response saying, call back later, there's no representative available. I have called numerous times. I on different days and nothing. I don't. Think I will be dealing with this company.
