Nothing Stays The Same I was extremely comfortable with my salesman Bob in Vero Beach but have found out that he is no longer there. Not sure why companies feel the need to move people around but as a consumer it is very frustrating. His replacement does not have his connective ability. As for the hearing aids, they seems to be doing a good job.
