I’ve come in “in panic mode” twice and they calmed my fears of damaging my hearing aids, showed me what to do in a detail I missed in my training. The only reason I gave a 4 is that I don’t do 5 or 10 because no one is perfect. I’ll recommend to those I come across who could use the services.

Best Choice I've Ever Made Ms Kaitlyn is the absolute best. I wouldn't trust my ears/hearing to anyone else. I cannot say enough about Ear-to-Hear. After 50+ years of hearing loss, (and being told there wasn't much that could be done to aide the problem), Ms Kaitlyn matched me to an ideal pair of aides. The follow-up care is as important to them as the initial testing and implementation. I can't say how wonderful it is to hear everything I've been missing over the years. Dr. Jill is Very Good Product is Average Dr. Jill is Very Good. I'm having some trouble adjusting to the " fit ". I'm hoping that Dr. Jill will be able to deal with this issue. Ps I am finding it quite difficult to schedule a follow up appointment - glad they are so successful !
