Sometimes the best laid plans still… Sometimes the best laid plans still present a challenge. However, in the hand of GoOptic even unexpected challenges are handled well. When the progressive lenses were on the cusp of standard and short frames GoOptic eagerly stepped up to ensure that the proper field of view for all ranges were comfortable for me, even to the point of remaking the lenses. Great service Great service. Very eager to receive my new glasses. According to tracking, my 27-Nov order is due to arrive tomorrow (02-Jan). My perscription is fairly strong so I'm long accustomed to there being a wait. On top of that, these are my first progressive lenses. Fingers crossed!

Price match process I received a prompt reply to my price match request email after feeling like there were a lot of unnecessary hoops to jump to get to this point. I rate 4 stars because it seems it would be easier for everyone if you could enter information onlin.

My go-to for replacement lenses I have had several replacement lenses made by Go-Optic with excellent results. They have a huge selection of lens options, their prices are great, they have a reasonable turnaround time, and their customer service communications are excellent.

All lens options are available and able to select depending on lens selection. I liked that you carry Zeiss lens option. Also, depending on the lens I select I was able to view and select other lens related options and able to see the pricing. I loved that you carry all lens brands and their different options, like mirror, polarized etc.
