Don't order there Don't order there! It's a scam! I've never received my order.

Amateur Service I ordered eyeglasses January 1, 2024. After 3 weeks of not receiving any communication, I called. I received the generic reply and then all of a sudden, within a week, I received my glasses. Mind you my order was for upgraded progressive lenses with transition and other features. While I love the frame, the most important part, being able to see clearly is missing. I have to hold my glasses up with my finger to see clearly. Just putting them on my vision is not clear. The job was rush, and even with insurance, I paid quite a bit for upgrades. Not acceptable.

Never received my order! Never received my order! When i complain it’s a robot that answers the same thing almost all the time.they send a fake tracklist suggesting that it’s no longer their problem
