Horrible customer service and communication Ordered glasses from this company, they came in very timely manner which was good, however I could not even see out of my glasses. When I contacted the company I was told to go back to my eye doctor and have them do an RX check. My doctor is an hour away from my home. I made a special trip to the doctor, only to be told the RX in the lenses sent to me is not my RX. Upon contacting eyeconic when I got back home, I was told they could fix the problem unless I had documentation from my doctor that the rx in the lenses sent was incorrect. This was never told to me in the first conversation I had with the customer service rep. So, my options were to drive back out an hour to my doctor to get documentation or get a refund. Horrible customer service and communication on proper steps to fix issue they created.

Seamless process, quality glasses! The website was so easy to maneuver. The prices with my insurance were outstanding. The quality of the glasses is everything! First time Eyeconic customer and I will now be one for life! Keep it up!
