Satisfying experience I used my eye insurance to purchase glasses on eyeconic.com. Finding a pair of glasses was easy after inputting the measurements for my frames. The app that let me try on glasses through my picture was very helpful. When I received my glasses, the prescription was correct which was a relief. They arrived when expected and were true to the color shown for them.

Amateur Service I ordered eyeglasses January 1, 2024. After 3 weeks of not receiving any communication, I called. I received the generic reply and then all of a sudden, within a week, I received my glasses. Mind you my order was for upgraded progressive lenses with transition and other features. While I love the frame, the most important part, being able to see clearly is missing. I have to hold my glasses up with my finger to see clearly. Just putting them on my vision is not clear. The job was rush, and even with insurance, I paid quite a bit for upgrades. Not acceptable.
