Incompetent Still waiting for my glasses after a month. So much for 7-10 days. They needed up my lenses which they said was their error but the would fix it and rush my order. That was 2 weeks ago order still hasn't shipped, communication is ok you just have to decipher what they are saying. If I do not get a straight answer soon I may cancel my order. One thing is certain I will NEVER order from this company again!

I love this company! Always helpful. Turnaround in glasses is very fast. Turnaround on sunglasses understandably a little longer. Products are fantastic quality for the price. I recommend them to everyone.

The frame was flimsy, the Lab installed the lenses sloppily and incorrectly - leaving gaps between the lenses and the frame grooves - causing vision distortion. I sent the glasses back, But Finestglasses refused to refund the full amount paid even-though their lab erred. Your satisfaction is definitely Not guaranteed. The only Guarantee is that they keep your money even if you're left with No eyegalsses at all. Finestglasses - nothing fine about them. Beware !.

If you are considering buying from this store, now you have a valid reason not to. I do not usually write reviews, but this time I have to make an exception. I want to review, particularly, their horrendous and unprofessional customer service. Despite my calm and rational approach to obtain a solution for my problem, this one particular representative was constantly demeaning and inappropriate. I asked to speak to another customer representative - he refused. I requested to speak to his boss - he refused. I demanded to speak with any other person that works in the company - he refused. At one point, he even outright lied telling me "there is no one else in here but me", when I can clearly hear people talking in the background. Without my problem being resolved, he hanged up stating, "I spent too much time talking to you already." This is completely unacceptable, and I wish for no one ever to experience this kind of service. Also, apparently, this company writes their own reviews - as evident by a representative 5-star review at the bottom. That is absolutely unsettling. If you are considering buying from this store, now you have a valid reason not to.
