The prices are deceiving and only good… The prices are deceiving and only good if you are buying 8 boxes and getting the rebate. They should list the price based on the quantity you are ordering and tell you how to get the cheaper prices. Instead you get surprised at checkout. There needs to be more details on the product all the way through the order process; after the first page, I don't know if I am getting 30pk or 90pk. The Rx upload doesn't work which should be a priority for this company and not have it down for multiple days. Also, you have to dig through the website to find out you can email it.

Order inexplicably sat for a week! Order inexplicably sat for a week with no progress, then I had to pay for overnight shipping to receive my contacts anywhere close to the timeline initially mentioned. Online customer service was useless and the customer service via the phone was underwhelming too. Saved a few bucks on contacts but would not use this site again.

Order took to long Online order started I would get in 5 days, now they are saying my prescription they don't carry & had to order from supplier. This is now going to take 3 weeks. I would have ordered from my eye doctor if I knew that before I had to pay

Where's the discount? The website offers a discount for your contacts to be under $10 a box but I got charged the regular price at 30 something a box plus over $50 in taxes and fees. I will never order from you again

Contact Spares Great rebate but there are hidden charges that are not explained in the total cost at check out. Still not sure if the rebate will be a smooth transaction either, but website is user friendly.
