GBGood idea, Execution not great In theory, the process was a good idea; however, after I received my glasses back I couldn't wear them. The temple was so distorted, where it would hook to my ears, that it hurt whenever I wore them for more than 5 minutes. I brought them to a local optometrist to adjust but it was not the same as it was originally. I did reach out to Boomerang and they advise me the frames were stretch/adjusted to install the new lens. But to the extent that mine were just seem weird and unnecessary. The customer service was really nice, but I won't be using this service again.

GBI had the best experience with… I had the best experience with Boomerang. They have top notch client services and quick responses. I my glasses were delayed but that was because I submitted my order right before the holidays and add Covid-19 to it. I wish other companies responded as quick as they did during this pandemic. I will use them again.

GBOver the Rainbow I sent in my older designer frames for new polarized lenses. They were timely and keep me informed of the status but the lenses are awful! The vision is good but there are “rainbows” or prisms when I look to the sides, and when I try to read my phone it looks like a hologram. I was very disappointed.

GBThis place is useless This place is useless. They emailed me telling me that they couldn’t add new lenses to my glasses because they don’t have the technology for it and they may break my frames during the process?
