waste of time and money takes about a month from the moment you order lenses, get the box to mail in your frames, until the return of your glasses. In addition to this, customer service doesn't listen and after wasting nearly 2 months messing with these fools, I will now take my frames to my regular optician to get lenses that work for me

Excellent Experience with Boomerang Shocked to see some of the negative reviews as my experience was close to perfect. I sent two frames, one of which had my RX and the other I had picked up on Ebay because my frames are no longer made. I carefully noted which was the correct RX of the two and they made them just as I ordered. The customer service has always been top notch and the glasses came back to me in the 7-10 day window they advertise. My local optician wanted to charge me for one pair at a cost a bit higher than two pairs with Boomerang. I am a believer.

I had the best experience with… I had the best experience with Boomerang. They have top notch client services and quick responses. I my glasses were delayed but that was because I submitted my order right before the holidays and add Covid-19 to it. I wish other companies responded as quick as they did during this pandemic. I will use them again.

Over the Rainbow I sent in my older designer frames for new polarized lenses. They were timely and keep me informed of the status but the lenses are awful! The vision is good but there are “rainbows” or prisms when I look to the sides, and when I try to read my phone it looks like a hologram. I was very disappointed.

Damaged my glasses I think the service is a great idea but they damaged my frames significantly. They were returned with cracks all around the lenses and were loose on my head. When I complained, they told me to take them to a local Eyewear store to have them adjusted and Boomerang would give me up to $25. Sorry but $25 cannot fix all the cracks in two pairs of Ray Bans. Good business idea, horribly incompetent business execution.
