Horrible experience Horrible experience, over 2 months. It turns out they broke my frames only a year old (designer) and they never told me until I finally got someone to answer after my emailing and calling. They said they would order and replace the same designer frames, sent me a photo of them. When I received them they were different frames. I’m in the process of canceling payment with my credit card for 150.00 lenses. Will cost me 350.00 to replace my original frames. This has be going on for two months, I wish someone would have warned me not to use this company!

Best Relensing Company!… I could not be happier with the folks at Boomerang. They do an excellent job of relensing glasses at a reasonable price. Communication from Savanna was very responsive and when there was an issue it was taken care of quickly and I got a credit for the extra time I waited. My favorite frames have returned to me with my updated prescription. I highly recommend this company.

waste of time and money takes about a month from the moment you order lenses, get the box to mail in your frames, until the return of your glasses. In addition to this, customer service doesn't listen and after wasting nearly 2 months messing with these fools, I will now take my frames to my regular optician to get lenses that work for me

Excellent, much needed service I had 2 pairs of sunglasses with expensive, high-end designer frames; both pairs of lenses were older prescriptions and scratched but the frames were in great shape and classic styles. I found Boomerang on the web. Service was prompt, process was easy, and the quality of my lenses is top notch. There was no "adjustment" period at all--put them on and they were perfect. I wasn't required to get a "current" prescription like most optical services want; I just uploaded my most recent one, which is in all my other glasses and is just fine.
