New lenses placed on wrong side The folks at Boomerang are friendly enough. But my recent experience was most unpleasant. I sent them my Warby Parker frames to re-lens after my Rx update. I received the new lenses and proceeded to wear them. My vision did not feel right so I stopped wearing them. My optometrist looked at them and found that the lenses were placed in the glasses backwards. I contacted Boomerang and they apologized. Even if they had offered a credit of some sort I am probably not going to use them again.

waste of time and money takes about a month from the moment you order lenses, get the box to mail in your frames, until the return of your glasses. In addition to this, customer service doesn't listen and after wasting nearly 2 months messing with these fools, I will now take my frames to my regular optician to get lenses that work for me

I had prescription lenses put in a pair… I had prescription lenses put in a pair of my frames. They arrived with the markings on them used in the manufacturing process. These markings impede my vision. The Company refused to correct this.

Sucks Sucks. They replaced lenses for me before no problem. Now all of a sudden they cannot fill my prescription anymore, it is too much for them apparently. But guess what?? They do not bother to tell me this. My frames were received at their site more than a week ago and I call today to find out the ETA for the relensing and THEN is when they tell me they cannot do it. Mind you they have had my frames for over a week. So if I never called I wonder what year I would have heard from them that they were not up to the task. They do not bother to tell you on the website either that they cannot handle your prescription. They want you to make sure that you waste your time and gas THEN they will let you know that it is too much and ONLY after YOU call them. So annoyed, I sent in multiple friggin' frames and was looking forward to them being relensed. Now I have to look for another place.

NEEEEVEEER use this website NEEEEVEEER use this website , super bad service, I sent my EXPENSIVE glasses and it turns out they got lost on the way and they say it was usps
