I have been buying glasses from this… I have been buying glasses from this company for years, and have never had any problems. Until my last order. I ordered a gold frame and received silver. I don't wear silver, so sent an email asking how to have them replaced. No answer. Three emails later.. still no answer!! Needless to say they have lost a customer, and I've stopped referring others.

I have been buying readers from this… I have been buying readers from this company for a few years and I tell myself, don't waste anymore money. The quality has become shabby with the prises rising. The last 3 pair I bought broke within a week's time for various reasons, stem snapped off, lens popped out and so on. I will not invest any money into poorly constructed Eyewear. Which is really a shame, I've enjoyed the different styles

Just like the other reviews Just like the other reviews. Absolutely garbage. Buy your glasses from anyone other than this company. Frames broke after one month. Contacted and no response. Left a bad review on Facebook about this and immediately got a response saying to check my account but nothing. Funny how they advertise on Facebook and received an answer. Don't bother.

Don't believe the promises... Don't believe the promises about shipping, even when they state Covid 19 will extend their delivery by 3-4 or 7-8 days. It has been 26 business days and still no shipment. The tracking number shows the order is sitting, not moving - for weeks. Their customer service is non-responsive. Avoid at all costs.

I purchased my first pair last week I purchased my first pair last week. They were the Collegiate men’s Readers. I don’t know what material is used on these glasses but I seem to be highly allergic to the frames. They cause terrible ITCHING! It’s very uncomfortable. I will beto be requesting a full return refund. Very disappointed.
