GBNever mailed My husband ordered 3 pairs in March of 2023. They never arrived, but we were charged on our credit card. Husband emailed and was told that the package arrived at our Post Office, but when I look up the tracking code (in July) it looks as though the package was never mailed. Additional emails to the company have received no replies. Out over $60!

GBI purchased my first pair last week I purchased my first pair last week. They were the Collegiate men’s Readers. I don’t know what material is used on these glasses but I seem to be highly allergic to the frames. They cause terrible ITCHING! It’s very uncomfortable. I will beto be requesting a full return refund. Very disappointed.

GBDon't Do It! It's incredible to me that all the negative reviews are generally the same. I have been buying for a few years now. The first pair I still have, yet the dozens of subsequent pairs i purchased broke at the hinges within weeks. I just rationalized these as disposable glasses due to the cheap price but cool styles; but, i can no longer do this because i can't even get a month's use out of them. If you do buy, stay away from the plastic frames. I have given them hundreds of dollars each year for really nothing, I was about to repeat the same insanity just now with another $100+ order, but these reviews on Trustpilot solidified my experience and finally broke this dysfunctional spell ... moving on!

GBHorrible customer service I went to the contact page to send an email and ask a question. Unfortunately, I got stuck in some kind of repeat message loop. They weren't available after 5:00 Eastern Monday through Friday and close completely on Saturday and Sunday. Of course the weekends were really the only days that I had available. I finally had time off on a Monday and I have to place the email to contact somebody and I keep getting the same message looped over and over and over nobody's available and blah blah blah so I am not even able to look at the website. I've tried closing it out. I've come at it from different places and still it will change and flash this message. I am caught in their contact us email horror nightmare

GBHave ordered two pair of reading… Have ordered two pair of reading glasses. Both pair have broken with what could be classified as 'minimal use.' Contacted their Customer Service and got some 'stock' reply citing Covid as the reason for slow response. I live 30 miles from Readers.com facility. Anyone who changed their business practices because of that is WOKE. Nothing other than some restaurants and bars in my town changed practices. Their glasses are one step above those at the Dollar Store. You don't even get service when they fail. AVOID.
