Would give "NO" stars if possible I purchased glasses, received them, didn't like them, looked at their return policy, printed label, sent back, original costs $30.14, they refunded $18.60 only, called them because I didn't understand why my refund was so small, they explained why, guess who will not purchase again.

Don't Do It! It's incredible to me that all the negative reviews are generally the same. I have been buying for a few years now. The first pair I still have, yet the dozens of subsequent pairs i purchased broke at the hinges within weeks. I just rationalized these as disposable glasses due to the cheap price but cool styles; but, i can no longer do this because i can't even get a month's use out of them. If you do buy, stay away from the plastic frames. I have given them hundreds of dollars each year for really nothing, I was about to repeat the same insanity just now with another $100+ order, but these reviews on Trustpilot solidified my experience and finally broke this dysfunctional spell ... moving on!

I have been buying glasses from this… I have been buying glasses from this company for years, and have never had any problems. Until my last order. I ordered a gold frame and received silver. I don't wear silver, so sent an email asking how to have them replaced. No answer. Three emails later.. still no answer!! Needless to say they have lost a customer, and I've stopped referring others.

Bad Customer Service I ordered glasses around December 26th. I received no confirmation of order or anything else. You received your money. I finally got in contact with customer service and was told the glasses were no longer in stock. I get 2-4 emails daily from you and you couldn't email and give me a chance to order something else or refund my money, Is this how you operate your company? I have ordered before and had no problems. I finally spoke with someone and money will be refunded. You should have offered me a chance to order something else at a discount or something. I see you don't value your customers.

Can't ship readers in timely manner but no problem taking the money immediately I ordered a pair of readers that was never shipped despite taking money out of bank account 10 days ago. I called and waited on hold several minutes and never got real person even though website says phone wait average is 52 seconds. I then went through live chat and received an auto response. I replied to that auto e-mail and still nothing. I called back this afternoon and finally spoke to a real person and asked for a refund, Will not do business with them again.
