Would give "NO" stars if possible I purchased glasses, received them, didn't like them, looked at their return policy, printed label, sent back, original costs $30.14, they refunded $18.60 only, called them because I didn't understand why my refund was so small, they explained why, guess who will not purchase again.

I have been buying glasses from this… I have been buying glasses from this company for years, and have never had any problems. Until my last order. I ordered a gold frame and received silver. I don't wear silver, so sent an email asking how to have them replaced. No answer. Three emails later.. still no answer!! Needless to say they have lost a customer, and I've stopped referring others.

I was going to process a return but I figure after reading other reviews I will just cut my losses and chalk it up to learning through experience. in my opinion you're better off buying glasses from the dollar store or Sam's club. Buying these expensive readers doesn't make sense when they're made just as cheaply.

Just like the other reviews Just like the other reviews. Absolutely garbage. Buy your glasses from anyone other than this company. Frames broke after one month. Contacted and no response. Left a bad review on Facebook about this and immediately got a response saying to check my account but nothing. Funny how they advertise on Facebook and received an answer. Don't bother.

I have been buying readers from this… I have been buying readers from this company for a few years and I tell myself, don't waste anymore money. The quality has become shabby with the prises rising. The last 3 pair I bought broke within a week's time for various reasons, stem snapped off, lens popped out and so on. I will not invest any money into poorly constructed Eyewear. Which is really a shame, I've enjoyed the different styles
