Just like the other reviews Just like the other reviews. Absolutely garbage. Buy your glasses from anyone other than this company. Frames broke after one month. Contacted and no response. Left a bad review on Facebook about this and immediately got a response saying to check my account but nothing. Funny how they advertise on Facebook and received an answer. Don't bother.

Horrible customer service I went to the contact page to send an email and ask a question. Unfortunately, I got stuck in some kind of repeat message loop. They weren't available after 5:00 Eastern Monday through Friday and close completely on Saturday and Sunday. Of course the weekends were really the only days that I had available. I finally had time off on a Monday and I have to place the email to contact somebody and I keep getting the same message looped over and over and over nobody's available and blah blah blah so I am not even able to look at the website. I've tried closing it out. I've come at it from different places and still it will change and flash this message. I am caught in their contact us email horror nightmare

I have been buying glasses from this… I have been buying glasses from this company for years, and have never had any problems. Until my last order. I ordered a gold frame and received silver. I don't wear silver, so sent an email asking how to have them replaced. No answer. Three emails later.. still no answer!! Needless to say they have lost a customer, and I've stopped referring others.

I was going to process a return but I figure after reading other reviews I will just cut my losses and chalk it up to learning through experience. in my opinion you're better off buying glasses from the dollar store or Sam's club. Buying these expensive readers doesn't make sense when they're made just as cheaply.
