Never mailed My husband ordered 3 pairs in March of 2023. They never arrived, but we were charged on our credit card. Husband emailed and was told that the package arrived at our Post Office, but when I look up the tracking code (in July) it looks as though the package was never mailed. Additional emails to the company have received no replies. Out over $60!

Very poor service - took 16 days to get my order to the post office I submitted an order at 10:23am on Wednesday, May 27, 2020, knowing there may be a 2-3 day delay (according to heir web site). I received notice that the shipping label was created at 9:44am on Monday, June 8, 2020 (12 days later). It wasn't received by the local post office until 5:32pm Thursday, June 11. So, basically, it took 16 days to get my order to the post office.

Not impressed Not impressed. Totally understand that Covid-19 impacts everything but it took 20 days to receive my order. I keep receiving computer generated emails asking me to recommend them to my friends. Funny. Have emailed Customer Service multiple times with no response. Will not order from them again

Just like the other reviews Just like the other reviews. Absolutely garbage. Buy your glasses from anyone other than this company. Frames broke after one month. Contacted and no response. Left a bad review on Facebook about this and immediately got a response saying to check my account but nothing. Funny how they advertise on Facebook and received an answer. Don't bother.

I purchased my first pair last week I purchased my first pair last week. They were the Collegiate men’s Readers. I don’t know what material is used on these glasses but I seem to be highly allergic to the frames. They cause terrible ITCHING! It’s very uncomfortable. I will beto be requesting a full return refund. Very disappointed.
