GBI take my first review back... I have to modify this to a FIVE STAR now...CS took care of my glasses and even sent me a new pair. Excellent (Initial Review) One of the worst companies I've ever purchased from in my life. I ordered 2 pair of glasses and I know we're in a Pandemic, but it took weeks to arrive. One pair was the wrong magnification. I immediately went to the site to get a refund and they wanted me to pay for postage for THEIR mistake. I also received only a SINGLE communication saying they couldn't reply for 3-4 weeks. Thst was 2 months ago. Throw your money in a river before ordering from them.

GBWould give "NO" stars if possible I purchased glasses, received them, didn't like them, looked at their return policy, printed label, sent back, original costs $30.14, they refunded $18.60 only, called them because I didn't understand why my refund was so small, they explained why, guess who will not purchase again.

GBI have been buying readers from this… I have been buying readers from this company for a few years and I tell myself, don't waste anymore money. The quality has become shabby with the prises rising. The last 3 pair I bought broke within a week's time for various reasons, stem snapped off, lens popped out and so on. I will not invest any money into poorly constructed Eyewear. Which is really a shame, I've enjoyed the different styles

GBHave ordered two pair of reading… Have ordered two pair of reading glasses. Both pair have broken with what could be classified as 'minimal use.' Contacted their Customer Service and got some 'stock' reply citing Covid as the reason for slow response. I live 30 miles from Readers.com facility. Anyone who changed their business practices because of that is WOKE. Nothing other than some restaurants and bars in my town changed practices. Their glasses are one step above those at the Dollar Store. You don't even get service when they fail. AVOID.

GBVery poor service - took 16 days to get my order to the post office I submitted an order at 10:23am on Wednesday, May 27, 2020, knowing there may be a 2-3 day delay (according to heir web site). I received notice that the shipping label was created at 9:44am on Monday, June 8, 2020 (12 days later). It wasn't received by the local post office until 5:32pm Thursday, June 11. So, basically, it took 16 days to get my order to the post office.
