Don’t waste your time… I had the same experience as other reviewers. I ordered two pairs of glasses back in December and I never received them it’s almost February. I had to contact them and with the time difference that was annoying enough and then they sent me an email in response to say there was some issue and did I still want them. I said yes send them. To find an email that says .. not asks, that one of the pairs I ordered aren’t available and they are sending the other. The second pair are some lame on sale back up readers that I ordered because they made shipping free and cost what shipping would have. So they are sending the ones I could care less about. They didn’t ask me, they informed me.

Not impressed Not impressed. Totally understand that Covid-19 impacts everything but it took 20 days to receive my order. I keep receiving computer generated emails asking me to recommend them to my friends. Funny. Have emailed Customer Service multiple times with no response. Will not order from them again

Never mailed My husband ordered 3 pairs in March of 2023. They never arrived, but we were charged on our credit card. Husband emailed and was told that the package arrived at our Post Office, but when I look up the tracking code (in July) it looks as though the package was never mailed. Additional emails to the company have received no replies. Out over $60!

Regrets!!!!! I am so mad at myself that I'm out of $30 doing business with this company. I ordered 2 pair of bifocals, 1 reading and the other a sunglass. The readers were received with a long scratch in the bottom reader area. Quality control should have caught that, but things happen. My issue is that 4 days after emailing the company, I have not received a reply. I am pissed because that is totally unacceptable and inexcusable. I'm just going to send both pair back and lesson learned!!!!

I ordered combination glasses with… I ordered combination glasses with different strengths in each lens. While I'm glad they offer this service, it just didn't work. The power I had tested for my weaker right eye just wasn't vaguely right when I received the readers.com glasses. Moreover, the frames were far uglier looking than they appeared online. So... I'm out $70 with an unusable pair of reading glasses. Can't say I recommend getting a pair of these.
