GBHave ordered two pair of reading… Have ordered two pair of reading glasses. Both pair have broken with what could be classified as 'minimal use.' Contacted their Customer Service and got some 'stock' reply citing Covid as the reason for slow response. I live 30 miles from Readers.com facility. Anyone who changed their business practices because of that is WOKE. Nothing other than some restaurants and bars in my town changed practices. Their glasses are one step above those at the Dollar Store. You don't even get service when they fail. AVOID.

GBBad Customer Service I ordered glasses around December 26th. I received no confirmation of order or anything else. You received your money. I finally got in contact with customer service and was told the glasses were no longer in stock. I get 2-4 emails daily from you and you couldn't email and give me a chance to order something else or refund my money, Is this how you operate your company? I have ordered before and had no problems. I finally spoke with someone and money will be refunded. You should have offered me a chance to order something else at a discount or something. I see you don't value your customers.

GBVery poor service - took 16 days to get my order to the post office I submitted an order at 10:23am on Wednesday, May 27, 2020, knowing there may be a 2-3 day delay (according to heir web site). I received notice that the shipping label was created at 9:44am on Monday, June 8, 2020 (12 days later). It wasn't received by the local post office until 5:32pm Thursday, June 11. So, basically, it took 16 days to get my order to the post office.

CADon't believe the promises... Don't believe the promises about shipping, even when they state Covid 19 will extend their delivery by 3-4 or 7-8 days. It has been 26 business days and still no shipment. The tracking number shows the order is sitting, not moving - for weeks. Their customer service is non-responsive. Avoid at all costs.

GBI ordered combination glasses with… I ordered combination glasses with different strengths in each lens. While I'm glad they offer this service, it just didn't work. The power I had tested for my weaker right eye just wasn't vaguely right when I received the readers.com glasses. Moreover, the frames were far uglier looking than they appeared online. So... I'm out $70 with an unusable pair of reading glasses. Can't say I recommend getting a pair of these.
